The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
welcome on board, and also that you are going to hold 6-12 m.Now switch off and reassess at xmas. PFC SP has no logic to the share price movements, but thankfully, the shorter % has decreased considerably of late.
Th SFO fine is already "within"v market price as previous chats have exhaustively discussed. Were it not for the fine, the majority feeling is/was that the SP would be hovering ~ 850 or so. we still await the Unaoil outcome. Its gonna take a long time for the SFO to disappear. ATB
also meant to say that there never has been rhyme nor reason with price fluctuations with this company, in the main, and has seen many investors pile out by the sheer frustration it causes when if anything, the fundamentals are sound. Even the great RdR gave up!!
Hey Arnold. I am fairly sure that you are new to this particular company.
Your reasoning sounds very plausible, except, having been in this company and the ride since May 17, I would disagree with your reasoning. The SFO issue has been there since May 17, the company has since been becoming leaner and fitter with excellent financial governance and I believe that the contracts are won on its superiority ranking in the middle east/south asia, rather than solely pricing.
The SFo rears itself every so often and when it does, great opportunity to day trade. Finally the shorters % has been decreasing this year.
No offence meant, but sharing my opinions only. ATB
I don't understand how the SP can be shown to be down18 pence HERE, and yet onIG, it's up 7 pence. Anyone understand this particular LSE platform? When I saw the 18 p drop, lets daytrade, I thought, but the quoted buying price on IG is 656
Fair article but even juornos get facts wrong. He says this year's new orders are $ 3.3 B including the 600 M Algerian contract. That was only announced yesterday and is going to be signed off in September. How can that be part of the 1/2 yearly statement? Surely, his recommendation of avoid has been based on false assumptions!
This interim is even stronger than WG with better profits last 6m, better orders and marginally stronger interim dividend. WG went up 7% on release of its statement. Can we expect the same, I wonder!
He's one canny dude and isn't worth £10B just because he has been in the right place at the right time. The Chelsea sale will probably net him upwards of £1B in profit, but I very much doubt that he would use that to buy Kaz or any other company. Wonderful leverage to use a western bank's money, to make even more legitimate rather than laundered money.
I hope he is philanthropic enough to benefit charitable causes. Overall, I can't imagine that he has ever found happiness!
