Took me a good while to fill a small order today, which was the last recorded trade of the day. We fell back a tad due to broader market volatility following fresh tariff announcements from the US on Apple and the EU and it was still very hard to buy. Suspect some have been loading up these last few days in Helsinki.

Regarding the RNS none recording / red lighting, I m quite sure it is to do with the fact they aren’t actual RNS’s, they are MFN’s which aren’t officially regulatory, not sure wether that is because we are in a complete news embargo due to ASCO, which would be odd as some of the MFN’s lately have been not directly related to the data, so perhaps we are under a RNS embargo pending an announcement potentially at ASCO?

Who knows.

I’ll be fully loaded when the inevitable happens though.

Must say I think the fair value range is preposterous but all that likely changes this year as we accelerate toward ASCO abstracts this evening, ASCO conference end of the month / early June, FDA meeting this Summer, further Bexmab survival data later in the year, solid tumour trials commencing, and that all important next step in Bexmarilimab development, be it a partnership or something more corporate.

If they can use this for the pivotal trial we should absolutely ace it, and Big Pharma know the importance of a companion diagnostic, they are also key to understanding the whole patient population.

Which appears to be far greater than that of the likes of Keytruda, a mage blockbuster by Merck….

Thanks Luck, yes absolutely, I nearly came back to add the likelihood is we have a treatment for other hematologocial malignancies and like you say, hopefully solid tumours too, with a stunning safety profile making it ideal for the elderly and very young.

Suspect we won’t be short of partnership/ offerors for this revolution in immunoncology…

Greenman, the data is additional to the first readout we got prior to the P2 data on the first 20 patients.

It demonstrates a hard scientific proof of concept of the Mechanism of Action on the blasts with the majority of patients seeing equal to or over a 50% reduction in blast count.

Furthermore it shows that 20% went on to transplant- a stunning feet in this patient population that opens up a curative treatment in an otherwise 5-6 month window of survival.

It also showed an improvement in transfusion dependence, mitigating the need for blood transfusions in around 20% of patients, improving their quality of life and taking strain off health services.

All in all, a very positive addition which when taken with the survival data makes for a compelling treatment option for those who otherwise have no options left…

Suspect post-FDA meeting, when a figure can be placed on the costs of the pivotal trial, we will get our partnership / takeover.

The way I see it, the data has been solid and importantly the survival data has held up which is the key metric for full approvals, over accelerated approvals( AA). Therefore I find it inconceivable that Faron doesn’t partner the Phase 3 which has already been laid out where the AA for the r/r population will come upon further data on an elongated overall survival data set for the r/r population, if not prior, given no existing treatment options…

Following the phase 3 and further overall survival data for the frontline population full approvals, data permitting, in both populations.

I suspect shorters knew there would be some de-risking post data, especially for those that have carried the main burden of funding via equity investment eg Timo…,

However when bigger players begin /continue to enter and Timo stops selling, it’s likely to get very interesting again.

And we cannot rule out given the deal discussions which have been ongoing for some time, could enable a deal on phase 3, where two birds are killed with one stone…

Just my thoughts FWIW.

Efficacy is solid, survival is 2-3x, safety is top top…

I’d say it’s more being a realist and what if he plans to get funding from elsewhere to carry out P3 or just buy enough time for first approvals when it becomes self-funding for P3.

Massive tree shake and short this morning to shake out weak hands imo. Reckon it will move more freely after they’ve bought back / taken positions as I would not want to be short going into this data readout where we should be at multiples.
