And yes i know by voting no i risk it all but this is better than being left on drip feed for the next 15 years, hoping that i might get something back, but looking at whats on the table doesn't seem like i will be getting much back.

Nickel price finally seems to be stabilising to a normal trading pattern today lets hope it stays like this

Putting the War a side.

Amc had submitted the TEO, have secured and identified huge amount of nickel & copper and other by products wich im sure by now everyones aware of, Amc is debt free with money in bank. In December last year RY did say in his interview we should be optimistic going forward, and as your aware the nickel price had been trading at new highs back end of last year and most importantly the EV revolution taking place,
It was most likely an offer was coming our way..
Amc is still in a good place with a great commodity and we have been patient just need to be a bit more and hopefully we will be rewarded.

Point 1) a potentially interested party has valued the Company at an indicative
price of up to £100 million.

Point 2 ) A further announcement will be made in due course

The above points I have taken out from the 25th Jan RNS clearly states 100m on the table, negotiations taking place..( i would like to belive directors are negotiating to increase this offer of 100m.

And a further announcement will be made in due course, so since we have not had this further announcement ( Yet ) i would like to belive its all in play

From reading the article i find this to be very intresting
