Hi everyone, been looking to invest here, but worried it could drag on for years till its given the green light.

I believe there is another fund raise end of this year, will that be enough to keep GCM in business.

I would appreciate if anyone wants to share thier views on this ( specially the LTH )

Maybe I'm being a bit irrational here,
But i know ask this simple question to everyone on this BB,
Lets say we vote yes and the Russian Authorities agree and now we are looking forward to getting our dividend. 60 days later we get told by RY due to unforeseen circumstances we now have to restructure the dividend payment, its now going to be 0.75p
Can we challenge this, is there anything that can be done to get 1.8p or do we just have to take it on the chin like we have done over the years.

Its bad enough already what's happened to our investment and to be honest ive kind of written it off now, i just don't want to see the directors walk away with the majority of the $35m in 90 days time at shareholders expense and thats the kind of sickening feeling im getting right now

Its so frustrating why does he not say exactly how much of that $35m will be paid out as dividends no he say's "a significant amount" and then why say "at this moment in time" does that mean something is going to change 30 days down the road or 90 days down the road.

Robin says in the interview out of the $35m Amc will receive, A significant amount from that will be paid out as dividends to share holders, about 1.8p at this point in time

Its making me think if we will even get close to that figure in 90 days

Im sure Sviblov, wants to add the commodities we have to his portfolio, he's an intelegent person, a business man who knows the true value of Amc once it comes to production. He's very capable of taking it into production and I'm sure he will also benefit from 1) the mine being in Russia 2) being russian himself
This will enhance his portfolio and bring in huge revenue to his company and give him high self-esteem
If we vote No, i believe he will come back with a better offer..
If he doesn't and we go under then he risks Amc slipping away from him altogether.
I can't see him letting Amc slip away after showing such interest

Will i be able to invest the money im getting back into the market and try my luck with another share..No ..to late, to many years have past by so on that basis i will vote No and hold out with the hope of a better offer

I have met him in person, and yes he comes across very genuine
I have never criticised him, but i do now feel he has let us down extremely to say the least. I truly believe more in the Asset to bring us value to our investment than Robin Young
Even though I'm so disappointed with him I do not believe getting rid of him is the right thing to do, he has been the poster boy for Amc in Russia, he is familiar with the Authorities in Russia, by now he has a good knowledge of how everything works in that part of the world, he's been involved in all the meetings that's taken place over the years with various companies and financial institutions including in Russia, china, Japan, Uk etc,
I believe he's very much liked by the locals in Russia, he's face is the one everyone knows when we talk about Amc and in the current climate with everything going on around us i believe we need him to get us over the line.
I remember Robin Young saying in a meeting many years back, he see's this project as his baby, taking it through all the stages and eventually taking it into production. He has put a lot time and effort into this project and i do not believe for a minute he would want to see this come to nothing. He doesn't hold a huge amount shares so if this fails he doesn't get a huge amount of money back for the years of hard work he has put into this project.
I know we criticise him about the lack of effort his put in but Siberia isn't anything like Florida.

One thing for sure after this recent incident I'm sure Robin Young is very aware that we shareholders won't be taken for a ride.
We have a great Asset worth Billions of $ unfortunately the circumstances we find ourselves in right now does not reflect that value, but saying that there's still a value to this Asset, and a fair value is what we want and if that can not be delivered to us shareholders then be it, we take it into the ground with Robin Young with us, but we do not give it away for peanuts...
