We present the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 31 December 2020. It is noted that over the course of the year 2020, the Company continued to remain debt free and its cash reserve increased by 600% from US$398,000 (1 January 2020) to US$2,800,000 (31 December 2020). Going forward, the NRR CLN will generate interest revenue through to Q3 2023 and at the rate of approximately US$170,000 per quarter.

Russia’s Far Eastern federal district accounts for one third of all direct foreign investment in implementation of projects on the country’s territory, Prime Minister, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev said at a meeting with a delegation from France in Vladivostok on Friday.

"Around 2,600 investment projects totally worth 6.2 trillion rubles ($86 bln) are being implemented today with the state help in Russia’s Far East. The Far East inhabited by only 6.2% of the population accounts for 32% of direct foreign investment in Russia’s territory," Trutnev said.

Gipronickel completed extensive metallurgical test work on ten tonne bulk sample from AMC last year.

The fact that they've had our Ore and ran various tests on it surly now they know what can be achieved and the potential of Kun Manie.

In my opinion I cant see how norilsk nickel will let this slip away

I Agree AMC has been very challenging for us all and this delay in delivering the TEO has not helped but then again the Covid Situation has not helped.

At least we do not need to build anymore ice roads, drill more holes, analyse more ore, or do anymore bulk samples, we know now exactly what we have and can be produced from it. We have Memorandoms of Corporation with global experts in place including GEFCO LLC. More or less everyone is aware of AMC globally and the resources we have and from recents RNS we know AMC are in talks with a respected offtaker to put something in place once the TEO is completed.
Once the TEO is complete we should get access to some russian funding with infrastructure and Russian's are very much interested in developing this project.

We did the blue print many years ago, we have completed the PFS and now we are Moving to complete the TEO wich is so much more promising compared to the PFS, as you know the current price of nickel and copper have increased significantly along with the other by products & there's also mention of Gold and Silver in the TEO. Our resource has increased significantly with a potential mine life being increased 24 years to a maximum of 41 years.
The bulk sample was completed by ( Gipronickel a subsidiary of Norilsk Nickel ) we have Nickel and copper concentrates now available which will have a material impact on (NPV & IRR )
Our project is well suited for the EV market
We have the latest design and costing of the the access road wich has come down significantly.
This is a Strategic Asset AMC own 100% and is Debt free. We now also have a share in NNR wich is generating revenue.

Base line environment assessment complete, Hydrological assessment complete, Rock mechanics complete, just need a few more Documents to be completed by the russian Authorities for the TEO to be completed hopefully it's not too long now (and those who have a dig at Robin Young should realise he can not produce those documents any sooner than when they are ready and I'm sure like all of us he wants this TEO completed ASP) there are projects around the world that have been delayed for several years due to covid.. no one expected this.

AMC has a come a long way from building Ice Roads and digging holes in the ground in my opinion all the Hard work needed to be done over the years has been done though it has taken a lot longer than one had anticipated and if one really sits down and actually researches & anlysis this company in detail will see it's TRUE value.
We have a world class Asset wich is in good demand right now and I believe we LTH will be rewarded soon

It's just that I regularly have a look at AMC's website and I've not noticed it.

Anyway it was intresting to watch I would recommend everyone to watch it again.

Robin does highlight a few things in that interview
I ) he mentions the reason for the delay of the TEO and expresses how important it is to get it done
2) he talks about tier 1 and tier 2 status
3) he mentions how the Russian are very much interested in this project and how it will benefit the locals creating a 1000 jobs
And possible funding will be allocated once the TEO is done
4) he talks about our current market cap and explains some of the reasons why our market cap is so low
5) he talks about the benefits to taking a stake in NRR
6) he answered the question regarding Salary and buying more shares into the company
7) he talks about Dfs Bfs and JV

The one thing he did Express was that the paper work regarding the TEO once submitted could take 3 to 6 months to be checked and reviewed by the Russian government and without the TEO completed you cant really move forward so I guess were stuck in a bit of a limbo
