Thanks JamesL.. It was based on nothing but a gut feeling. I posted some time back that I can see us being a $5bn company in 2028 ($250) and c$20bn c2031 ($2000).. I’m even more convinced now of those levels being achieved!

In other words...Tamboran have announced the acquisition of FOG has been approved by the courts... subject too Tamboran and Lamessa agreeing terms of an amendment on the agreed terms.. the agreed terms are Tamboran pay $24m to Lamessa.. it's just when and how they pay it that is up for debate ..

My reading is it's withinTamboran's gift to agree the amendments or otherwise the court would not have stamped the deal... My take it's to do with c$25m payment made by Tamboran to Lamessa and the escrow account term and nothing to do with falcon shareholders offer. If Tamboran don't agree it (they will) then they will have to either walk away or skin another deal to us shareholders... they aint going to do that given the current SP and latest DWE deal ... 💥

US closed at the equivalent 21.70p…. The Inpex deal with DWE valued the core acreage at c$3000 an acre… we could hit 35p-40p+ on the farm-out deal announcement in the near term
