No recent movement in AVP though....and PIRI ARE an investment company. Maybe EL looked at reversing into one of Redmond's companies, but decided on the IPO placing instead, with Primary Bid. (I see that bidding for placement shares on there was extended for a week....) So maybe this is a 'back door route' for PIRI to get involved in EL early days???? IMHO.

we might get an RNS stating that PIRI have bought a 29 per cent stake in Euro Lithium....????

But it won't be a shell once active trading commences in it! 4.5 million is then not a lot at all!

European Lithium have announced that they intend to come to the market via a placing, using VSA Capital as broker, and ZAI Corporate Finance as their Nomad. Does that mean that PIRI have missed the boat with EL? Or are they likely to build a stake? Should we be buying more PIRI, or wait for the float and buy EL directly????

Really surprised that the price has not moved up with all these repeated trades of 500000 shares each - hope someone's automated trading system hasn't got stuck - strand buying pattern today....!

Does that not make it a very interesting longer-term hold share then, with plenty of potential once it hits the public radar????

Any reason for 13% drop today? Maybe because EVO appears not to be the vehicle for Cuba? But hardly any volume is going through, so I'm puzzled....

Looks like suggestions of any anticipated tie-up between AVP/PIRI and European Lithium might have been wide of the mark, and that attention has now moved onto EVO/NMG for a possible JV/TO/RTO....
