I wonder if the next RNS from PREM will be to advise that there is a share suspension pending a spin-off to make Zulu Lithium a stand alone company that can be traded independently of PREM, followed by a reverse takeover of MNH into PREM. IMHO.

I don't expect there will be any need for them to consolidate the current issue, as they aren't trading, so it doesn't matter. I expect next thing we'll hear is when we switch on one morning (soon) and find an RNS to say they intend to RTO with ---- and are suspending. When they return from suspension, will be name changed and consolidated with a placing coming up. IMHO.

Can someone explain how Sarah Dees became involved in ICON at the time she did? Why did she seemingly 'just appear' here without any previous connection???? Maybe I've missed something? It's not easy looking back at RNS's to know otherwise....

I believe that because the SP here is so very low, that even the news that there will be life in this old dog after all will itself double the SP here despite anything that has happened here previously. GLA.
