What happened to the shares if the certificates were not handed in by 05/01 2025 besides losing your money

8.22 was the time I bought this morning The price was 7.85

I bought 70000 shares at 8.22 yet they are shown as a sell

Thanks for your comments, I have always lived in the UK and I also have contacted the people you suggested , however still wating for a response from them.

On changing the name from Emed Mining to Atalaya Mining I was issued a new share certificate, I have tried to sell the shares through brokers and have been told they were unable to do this as the shares are held abroad. I have however always received dividends. I have contacted three different departments at Atalaya Mining including Investor relations for advice as yet had no reply from any of them.

Have had the share certificate sent back from two brokers stating the same reason

I have a share certificate issued following takeover of Emed Mining. I now have great difficulty in selling the shares .

Told by Jarvis Investments that they are unable to sell them. Any advice, I would appreciate.
