canada in very heavy volume.

The debenture was secured against all touchstones

Assets ,so that avenue is closed to raise money,

I doubt the bank will give them anymore, that

leaves share raises but where they are at the

moment that would not look pretty.

So they need to be cash positive going forward

to retain any value for current shareholders.

options to raise more money with a £20 million

market cap ,so it's needs to increase revenue

quickly ,no it won't be able to run at a loss for

long .

It seems investors are salvaging what they can

Changing the captain at this point is pointless

runs out ,they highlighted the material uncertainties in the quarterly report , to

warn shareholders they might run out of money

Unfortunately it never works like that in a distressed sale ,touchstone are months away

from liquidation if they don't increase revenue,

It would cost a £500 million to build Southend

Airport and 20 years of planning,it did not do

Esken any good

Ironically this is the time to support the captain

rather the push touchstone over the edge,

current shareholders will end up with nothing.

Market makers are hedging there bets , £20 million

market cap ,they know it's touch and go here,

Last time I was here was Esken their debt was

similar and they had Southend Airport and some other assets but limited revenue , they went

into administration even though it would cost

a fortune to build an Airport ,If you need money

you are F**ked .

I have bought some foolishly, I hope the large

holders don't try to salvage something, in an

iliquided market if they did you could see 2 - 3 p here

This is operational,someone new can't magic up

revenue , touchstone are on the brink

Next few months will decide if touchstone will

survive or go into liquidation , no timescale

to remove and replace anyone.

Debt to earnings more relevant , In this case

future earnings which no one really knows ,

will they get those future earnings before they

need money again ?
