RE: EGM to remove Paul Baay15 Nov 2025 04:49
I don't want to be here ,I never heard of touchstone
until a few weeks ago until sir Rampalot polluted
another board ,I am in another timezone so past
midday here.
G-G-G should be thankful baay raised late OCT,
something he said was a final straw for him, it
has salvaged something for LTHs.
Lets imagine he did not do that raise which
G said was the final straw and a call for action.
The share would be lower than 6p and the
raise would still be necessary but it may had to
be done at 30% discount or a CLN , so dilution
would of been a nightmare.
G-G-G and LTH should be counting their lucky
stars he got that late OCT raise away.
Purebond are the aggrieved party not LTHs
they were "saved" by the raise.
G-G-G should be thanking baay in hindsight,
If baay had delayed as G-G-G campaigned for
it would have been game over for long-term holders.
What are Purebond thinking they must feel duped , just look at the timing a raise on the 24th
Oct ,just a week later well 5 is hooked up and it's
a failure.
I repeat G-G-G and LTHs should be so thankful
Baay got the raise away on such good terms.,
otherwise it would be over for LTHs ,he has saved
you !,at least temporarily.
