If Dubhe is a success and they are valued in excess

of £500 million ,I sure they could do a small

raise if required

Timke ,I refer you to the RNS of 19th Nov 2024,

they made a small placing to cover the bond

payment , in the event they could not issue

shares because they could be in a closed period.

After reading a previous RNS ,they could never

issue shares it's a closed period ,which precludes

that , They were aware of this so they must of

made cash provisions for payment .

If they issued extra shares they would have to

notify , so if one is not issued tomorrow, they

paid in cash , so they would expect a good result

so they can raise cash at a higher price.

If they paid on cash it bodes well , perhaps Jay

retired on Friday ,job done ?

Which would mean they have modelled they

expected flow back results at different intervals,

with both upper and lower bands ,so after 40%

Its still within the envelope of expectations.

If it was trending by the lower band I don't think

they could be as confident as ever.

To be as confident as ever ,it would have to be

trending near the middle with the likelihood it

will stay in the envelope of expectation to the

completion.

that was the bid price ,the ask was higher.

Lord, you reposted a post from discord by

limpdaddy yesterday which was undeniable negative.

You never came back and said ,limpdaddy now

admits he made a mistake because he never

read the relevant RNS which paints a completely

different picture .

This undermines your posts ,as your making

no effort to be objective .

I had read that ,I just think if they knew this well

was a Dud ,the messaging at the conference and

and the proactive interview would be different.

So I will hold and take my chance ,a close call.

Looks like we will finish down ,be glad when

we know ,Panr still has a large market cap so

the market is still pricing success in the long term.
