So $800k of initial stock has gone out, yet the company have ALREADY disclosed OVER $2m in sales for the quarter, EX-Zoetic and online. ...'

Just so we're clear, this phoney is now suggesting that the company has purposely leaked a $1/2B transaction in order that the shares be suspended and it can - what exactly? - avoid the market's wrath over increasing its ownership of the most valuable piece of new infrastructure in the Niger Delta in years as well as its all-in share of OML18? This deal, as complicated as it might turn out to be, had 3 or 4 parties at the table at all times, and one of them will have ALWAYS been Martin Hughes and Tosca. And this is an absolutely perfect example of what I referenced not an hour or 2 ago about just how dangerous posters like BS can be. The snarky, open-ended implication of back room dealing - or worse - combined with the obscure 'inside baseball'-style references clearly meant to impute expertise where there is none. For why, you ask, since he clearly is not a traditional trolly type. I honestly don't know, but just because a motive is not immediately apparent does not mean that legitimate shareholders should not treat his particularly vague commentary with caution.

couple things about BS over (a long period of) time:1. he's not dumb; he posts some relevant - if often finer detail points designed more to make him look clever than for their relevance, while he then ignores the bigger picture - info on this company; 2. he then invariably more than counters that by posting spectacularly trolly messages like the recent one that finds common cause with the most transparent, appallingly bogus avatar ever created; and 3. I have corrected dozens of his errors and inappropriate, needlessly obtuse comments over the years and he never responds. his call.....

If not, what triggered you to buy an obscure UK-listed micro cap? 'Way back' there were plenty of US and Canadian names to choose from already in the CBD space. And when you did decide to buy in, did you opt to buy the US OTC ZOEIF line since that obviously makes more sense for a US-based investor, even though its super illiquid? Sorry, just curious.

The company will give sales-to-date figures at or better than what they have already released to the middle of May, which were already sufficient to put the company in profit, as the rollout is gathering pace. So its a choice between great and greater sales figures, all of which the market will welcome The real meat will be on FURTHER acceleration in the rollout and new distribution deal information. The rest of Veiny's burble on multiples is pure gobbledygook.
