TAAT operate their own production facilities. I'm not sure, but perhaps that includes their own local trucking services so COVID impact may be less severe. But that is utterly overwhelmed by the massive top-heavy cost model they and their backers have adopted which makes their almost doubling their losses year-over-year the MOST relevant information revealed in their results and should have been the very first item highlighted by anyone honestly making a comparison of the two companies. Ignoring it and instead making snarky comments about what they DIDN'T say makes billy's (and your) initial comments highly suspicious.

Yes, I have a view, but you're not going to like it: you've both made a complete hash of this, wildly overcomplicating the terms of the deal and frankly, made me wince as I read your exchange. Here it is, just this once: issuing Veridian 11m warrants 'struck' at 1p (ie., virtually 0) is precisely the same as awarding them 11m shares. Period. Absolutely no difference from any economic or accounting point of view. The only reason the payment was structured as a warrant is so the Company could put some small restrictions on Veridian's ability to exercise them, namely that in the first year, Veridian won't be able to exercise any so long as the share price remains under 60p (so of course they are motivated to get the sp there in a hurry), but after that one year expires, regardless of the share price, Veridian will be able to exercise 25% of the amount each year at just 1p, until the warrants expire in 5 years, which they of course will do. So, despite what I wrote, issuing Veridian the shares in this manner, is slightly less costly from an accounting point of view for Chill since exercise is slightly restricted. However for all intents and purposes, Chill have hired the best financial advisor in the CBD market with 11m shares, and I can tell you for free, none of the deca-millionaire partners at Veridian are rubbing their hands together and looking to sell any of those shares now, or at 60p or 160p. These guys don't get up in the morning for less than the value they would get at 5 quid or higher. So the ONLY thing they'll be focused on now and for the very foreseeable future, is getting us world-class executive board members, promoting Chill's products and potential and transitioning at least 25% of the Company's shareholder base in and to the U.S.,
and certainly NOT turning a measly £2m in shares into a couple million quid profit.

The seller(s) late last week small funds facing significant margin calls last week. The selling today and yesterday has been almost entirely short sellers hoping winnifrith's latest screed against the company 'declaring' that the Company would need to do some kind of distressed equity raise by Christmas. The reason for the recovery today was significant buying by several well-capitalised individuals who understand that latest assertion by winny is a complete nonsense as the Company has more than enough cash and product inventory to support the current rollout comfortably as monthly burn remains low. Meantime, NONE of the higher profile backers of the company have reduced. If anything, John Story he has added to his position during this decline.

Heaven's sake people: this product pulls our product line DIRECTLY into the smoking cessation and its project $60B space. That's why it's so relevant.

What this announcement suggests is way bigger than a validation of sales-to-date, PB, though that's certainly nice. These guys are brand beasts and they would not be taking Chill on as a client in my view, if they didn't see the brand's potential to rise ABOVE its CBD roots and grow into a genuine lifestyle brand, just like Red Bull, which is PRECISELY what the CEOs have been trying to hint at themselves in successive public RNSs, interviews, etc. over the past year. Very exciting

Simple: when the market can credibly see another 10m coming in the near future and then also being able to understand better how the outlet growth will progress, both through more granular information from the company. Then, armed with this increasing understanding of this massive growth evolution, Mr Market can then run those numbers through its Leading-Product-Innovator-in-Exciting-New-Consumer-Product-Growth-Sector module, using rolling, projected growth of revenues AND profits, where it is able to look at the latter because of the new company's industry-beating gross margins (again: look at TAAT! That company won't be profitable anytime in the near-to-middle future because of massive overhead and admin costs and thus lower gross margins, yet it maintains a massive market cap. Chill meanwhile has stated recently that even at current store growth, 'margins have been maintained' at levels we reckon are well north of 50%). Let's just say that Mr Market does not put 10x multiples on such companies.....I started explaining all this to you this months ago in a different format, while you were trying to tell me that a 10x PE was some kind of 'reasonable' multiple to use to try and value a company like Chill and I was, for the first time, trying to patiently explain to you that that was patently idiotic. I have no such patience anymore so please refer to my comments here on how you simply do not understand this company, how its business is developing nor ESPECIALLY how the equity market works. Now I don't know if that is intentional or not, but I no longer care. Read a book.

Since the bad guy(s) is/are too much of a transparent b*tch to address my questions because he couldn't figure out how to reconfigure it into some asinine, innuendo-laced confection, I'll open my questions up to everyone: What do you make of the highly unusual proposal on the AGM docket of a essentially a brand new company that gives management permission to buy back up to 10% of its outstanding shares? Think they're trying to send the market a message? And what do we think will come first, Another needless equity raise or a share buyback? Answers in troll form please.
