First off, the last few days have been among the most difficult for UK small cap companies share prices in living memory, so excuse me bd if I didn't respond to your angry gobbledygook right away, but I have a life and don't have unlimited time to explain Zenova's merits to the likes of you. Any delay in responding to your nonsense is just a delay and conveys nothing whatever about the level of credibility of your claims. If anything, its quite the opposite. For now, suffice to say that nothing you wrote is accurate, and most simply doesn't make sense. Zenova have no claims against it having been vetted throroughly in the IPO process, and has had its product claims reinforced by a series of contract, distribution and 'favoured supplier' wins across major institutions and geographies (which YOU conveniently ignore every single time you cough up another fur ball) that have set it up for significant revenues in its maiden year as a public company, as I have written about in detail multiple times now. None of that applies even remotely, to Firescape/Lifesafe. Not only does that 2-headed creature have no such clarity on certification status, but limited product offerings, no prospect for moving beyond retail platforms and are likely to see disputes on its/their iP rather than ever making claims on other companies. As a result, I believe the IPO of either company must necessarily be in doubt, which is precisely why you have suddenly appeared here engaging in some kind of last minute, desperate (paid?) projection. As Alaric wrote, I think we will all stay with the mother ship, thank you very much. And finally, Original - give us all just a tiny bit of a break, would you? The company bd has asked you to mention produces a metal cylinder containing a powder, which is problematic since powder can't be deployed in every market. But overall, what's your point? Has anyone here claimed ZED can't or doesn't have any competitors anywhere? Take bd and head back to the google machine to do more 'research' and spare us any more of this amateur hour at the trolling factory stuff.

Yes, BigDom, you missed something. About 5 major somethings. ZED floated as a virtually new company with an amazing product suite so its first reported numbers to November 2021 year-end were absolutely meaningless. The amazing run of contract wins and distribution deals in the past 6 months and the impact they will have on the Company's true maiden results for year-end November 2022 are what count. Maybe have a look at my post from just a couple of weeks ago to see just the beginning of those somethings you're missing (unless of course your question refers to this 'Lifesafe' company in which case I've already shared my views on that non-competitor already): '....Sorry. £1.2m minimum order in the first 12 months isn't enough to keep you awake? I knew these guys when they were 'fire escape' or some such and I've had a quick look at the deck for the IPO. Far as I can see, they're a one product company with no corporate or government customer (eg., local authorities, NHS, etc) penetration beyond retail like Halford's, I believe, because they do not have the necessary product licensing to sell into the institutional customers. In addition, they appear to be entirely domestic with no real prospect for international contract wins as ZED have recently announced. In other words, as a competitor, they don't near touch the sides. For me, it's a big, fat AVOID.

Again (and again, and again....): There is nothing unusual her. The Company are preparing the readmission document and capital expansion in order to reverse in Eco Building, which can be an onerous process and thus (always) takes significant time to complete. Other than commenting on Fox's legacy business, after barely 2 months since suspending the shares, I really don't know what kind of update you guys are expecting.

Oh my. Dartron's post certainly had a lot of words, but unfortunately, the description of his completely irrelevant trading history in the shares, was sadly the high point. In fact, the most credible explanation by far for the delay is that the Company is working on a deal or corporate action that is sufficiently positive to put them 'inside' as per the share buyback rules; i.e., something positive, perhaps materially so. Now, a deal may not come off and in that case, they will simply initiate the long-delayed buyback the next morning preceded by an RNS that I expect will define 'the rules of the road', i.e., how many shares the Company is permitted to buy each day (likely limited to 20/25% of the day's volume) and at what price (usually limited to 105% of the day's VWAP). Meanwhile, 'negative' reasons for the delay such as the one Darton 'offers' are way less likely. Zvi did not suddenly get 'stingy' with the Company's cash (ugh. The whole idea is not just patently silly but the use of that particular word in describing a Jewish CEO is borderline offensive). This buyback is not even using half the Firm's cash pile, and Zvi is absolutely on record with his frustration at the UK market and the deep undervaluation of his share price. As was already mentioned, BATM's last public disclosure was essentially an upgrade to the business outlook, so if the current delay to the buyback initiation had anything to a decline in the Company's fortunes, management would have been required to make a public disclosure long ago to that effect. No, the vast balance of probability behind this unacceptable delay to the buyback (I never said I was happy) is that management are working on something sufficiently positive that it has been determined that buying shares in the market before it is concluded, would be against regulations. If you want a robust discussion of the possibilities here, check out the ADVFN board from a week or 2 ago. Some of the scenarios are a lot more bullish than mine. Otherwise, keep the 6th form analysis locked in your fevered imagination.

Nonsense. The period leading up to the suspension had no mention of any immediate financial distress at FOX nor more importantly, was there absolutely any mention of it in the RNS announcing the RTO. This suspension is clearly the result of a POSITIVE effort to reverse in a promising business at a favourable valuation for FOX shareholders that early signs indicate could create real upside value. For heaven's sake, for all the stick he takes here, Chris Gilbert was able to raise £400k from what is undoubtedly an informed, inside investor to loan to Eco that, given the tiny interest rate and extremely favourable repayment terms, is essentially an equity investment in the combined company. I know that's not definitive proof of the viability of Eco Buildings, but its certainly far superior evidence of how knowledgeable professionals view Eco-Fox than the lazy, idle speculation of a couple of bulletin board warriors. For these and other reasons, the vast balance of probability is that, of course we will re-list.

truro - you're welcome. fwiw, the CLN is a standard investment vehicle for this type of pre-IPO/RTO situation so I wouldn't assume anything about Eco's financial situation off that. It's certainly a growth industry (and in my mind, recession-proof which should prove attractive to potential investors as this RTO progresses), so when the prospectus/pathfinder is published, we'll see just how potentially competitive EB is within it. However, if it turns out that EB is a playa, then a constant need for growth capital is to be expected, even welcomed.

I am travelling truro, but HSR's main point echoed my own: in order for Fox management to have cleared AIM regs - even at this early stage - and get permission to suspend the shares in advance of a proposed RTO with/by Eco Buildings, it is objectively true that by far the most logical conclusion is that the Eco business is sufficiently advanced that it has likely already had significant capital investment and even an forward order book supporting those investments. Anything less would have made even attempting this suspension/RTO an utterly pointless exercise. Regardless, we will all have to wait a few more weeks I would think, for the Pathfinder/Prospectus to be released so we can see officially if HSR and I are right and if so, just what the scale of Eco's asset base is. Exciting times (finally).....

BATM traded better Sunday and Monday on TASE without UK trade, closing above the equivalent of 51p, admittedly on light volume. However already today, the Israeli line has traded through 52p equivalent, matching the 20k volume traded in London thus far and yet the UK line continues its ridiculous dance around 50p, stubbornly unwilling to push decisively through. (A bit) Odd.....

I just had a go at a poster in a different company on another site for unfounded speculation, so I apologise if I am coming out of relative obscurity to declare that I reckon that if Nano win (as I expect) on a good majority of the claims in May (4/5 out of 6 say), then it is game over. Samsung can appeal of course, but I do not think they will. I reckon, rather, they either sue for peace or bid for Nano outright, which is what I think the share price's almost 50% rise (and still pushing on) in the last few weeks is telling you (in addition to yesterday's reassuring update of course). In other words, whom(s)ever has been and continues to buy does not think this legal process stretches over another 2 years. No way in the world......

Now that I've read through, I'd have to answer my own question with a 'no' as the commentary on the core business was almost equally bullish. Still, such an emphatic upgrade to management's confidence on the Company's litigation prospects is hard not to return to for another look With such intense scrutiny by regulators of public disclosures these days, ESPECIALLY regarding massive binary qualitatively-judged events like a major litigation, there is simply no way on earth that the decision to include the word 'increased' didn't pass the most intense scrutiny of the entire board as well as the Company's advisors.

'Our litigation against Samsung continues in line with expectations and our confidence in a positive outcome for the company has INCREASED (my capitals).....' Just that one word nearly makes reading the rest of the report anti-climatic.

And what is this nonsense about 'ramping'?? The bloody shares are suspended. We're going to get a bunch more information on funding, how the merged business may work, etc, way before we re-list I'm sure. This strikes me as a decent, potential 'get out of jail free' card at this point for a holding that I had written off. At the very least I don't see the downside when the sp is already at 1p.
