Reality is unless the Labour Party leadership convince the electorate they have distanced themselves from the union and that they won’t be following policy designed to pacify them they can forget about government, or at best it being short lived if they get ‘found out’ after the election. My fear is there apparent shift to middle ground will prove purely cosmetic and the old school ‘loud lefties’ will resurface and try to dictate actions.
Having said that, given the incompetence and corruption we’ve seen from the current bunch, I’m inclined to think giving them more time to lock in self interest is even more a situation where we’re going to need god’s help with (although I’m not into all that religion stuff myself).
You might want to give this a look Rodders.

You seem very sensitive Phatty. Unfortunately you seem to read things that aren’t there. I’m merely commenting on the fact that you seem obsessed by another poster. I haven’t said there’s anything wrong with your apparent crush on him so please don’t feel the need to make ‘wild’ accusations as a distraction.
‘Too low to sell for me’ is thinking that should set off alarm bells. The current price could be the highest it will ever be again…or it could be half where it will be in 6 months.
If you think it’s more likely the former, if you don’t press the sell button you’re just compounding your negative position because you can’t cope with the emotional adversity to loss.
If you think it’s the latter cheer up a bit.
Deep breath Rodders!
I would very much encourage you to hook up with some of those buddhist monk guys when you’re on your far east travels.
I really think you would benefit from new meaning in your life and with a more chilled perspective.
