That kind of short trade strategy would maybe work in highly volatile markets normally, but to increase on a gradual rise is suicidal. All you do is increase your exposure to a trending market going against you. Anyway, not for me to tell them how to spend their money, but its certainly not normal trading behaviour.

I don't see £5 being much of a resistance either. Given we have the sales and cash to back up a much higher valuation, and with the new broker on board to bring in institutional investors , plus few shares in circulation then it all bodes well for a large upmove to new highs. When is of course the question., but could be any day, and doubt it will take long personally.

400 was always going to be the profit level for a few. Onwards and upwards for the rest of September, roll on tomorrow.

You usually get a similar pattern on good days. Rapid rise, profit taking pull back, rally again to new highs by close. I'm going for 400 close on the nose.

I'd be very surprised if the short was closed. Usually they'd wait for a pull back to do it not a rally. For me its a combo of RNS, testing fundamental demand growth, and build up in buying pressure. Many will have been waiting for the breakout before entering positions, today will have been the trigger to enter longs / add.

Has the same look and feel about it when it took off on the first major move over 500, an accelerating up swing with higher volume. Incredibly bullish setup.

Don't forget dividends. I would have thought having a high profile house broker make it easier to sort out dividend levels. Just another value opportunity as a result.

That depends on your perspective and buy in price. Over the last 3 months we are up 50%, so its a strong up trend. Day by day might well be sideways, but technically its a strong uptrend pattern which should retest previous highs at least.

Highest closing since June today, nice and steady too. Set up very nicely for a move to the next level of 415, then 500.

No one in their right mind is going to let a single share go before we get the updates for the AGM. It's poised perfectly for a sharp upmove from both a fundamental and a technical point of view.

It's impossible to guess how many, but my feel is the UK will buy everything from NCYT it can get its hands on. I would not be surprised to see a big order number combined with a statement on increasing production further.
