Am I the only one scratching my head as to why the MCAP is this low. Even applying a worst case scenario of nothing in Q4 and Q1 its ridiculously undervalued. I know sentiment is sh"t and it's Aim, but I'm just sat here thinking how can it be priced at this with its known fundamentals. Is it a game to buy it out for cheap, I honestly don't know anymore. But you can't have a company valued at less than 9m of sales when you strip out cash, it's got come buy me written all over it. Seriously, anyone who's not a short have an idea how it can be valued at 250m because I've tried and I just can't figure it out?

And if you want an even bigger laugh, if you strip out our cash and compare like for like then we are valued at the same as ODX who are loss making, and worth less than SNG who are a year away from having any sales. My word it is cheap.

Whats most funny is we are a c200m annual revenue company with no debt (exc any DHSC, and assuming zero NHS sales which wont be the case). With 100m plus in cash in the bank, and we are valued at 250m.... If that's isn't value then I have no idea what is

Its not a 6m delay, they were due end Apr. You dont publish annual results on the 31st dec...

I could just imagine the headlines now. UK gov refuses to pay for gold standard 100% accurate tests, UK population desperate for high standard tests whilst Uk gov keeps top of class tests under lock and key in warehouses.

Althought from a Novacyt point of view I'd love it if it did go to court. All the media attention, a platform for Novacyt to shout about there wares, and how industry leading we are. It wont of course, as it would destroy the govs credibility, but for Nova the media coverage would be highly beneficial.

Bitcoin shares for one. You buy a dip, sell on a rise. Doesn't matter they are inherently worthless shares, patience there is a matter of days not months / quarters.

We've had c£35m knocked off our mcap today. That is the entirety of the DHSC Q1 revenue. In that regard the market has decided we will get nothing, which is blatantly wrong (and that excludes the drop from the first statement on it). Overdone yes, good opportunity also yes. This share needs more patience than most, but the potential rewards are also much higher than most.

Storm in a teacup for me. My take on it, DHSC over contracted, signed up to too much given the cases dropped off. They have stock left and don't want to pay. Unfortunately a contract is a contract. We will get paid what's owed, and from now on we no longer deal with DHSC anyway, just direct with NHS. Oh and we've also got 'significant revenue' coming from our new LFT product due for release in the next few weeks. In a month or two we will have settled, been paid, and we'll have greater revenue from airport testing and LFT's coming in. Overall revenues are going to climb substantially, and cash build will continue to be excellent. We've had the bad news, now onwards and upwards.

It's what I thought first thing, it's not new news, so most of the holders are pretty relaxed about it. Sure you get a bit more volatility and short term traders trying to move it about, but at the end of the day it's no different to where we were yesterday. good chance for a decent recovery this afternoon

Didn't ODX get a contract then get no orders? It seems they are basically messing with every UK company. Look at Avatas share price, its insane based on expected UK orders. Well the UK has proven it is a bad customer to have, so quite frankly there's some very dubious looking valuations out there if companies only do business with the UK gov. Thankfully we've transitioned to private now and have some great revenue growth there, and these gov issues are now legacy issues for us. But for others there fun is just starting...

Soder, I can guarantee you one thing. On any given day, if there is negative sentiment, regardless of what the price is, or what share it is, some muppets will come on the board and state technically the price will get to 20% lower. As sure as night follows day, it's an old old tactic from day trade shorters. It's always 20%, no idea why they chose that, but every single time.

Well we knew Q1 DHSC income was c£35m, so its that which is in dispute. Not exactly billions is it, and we've already lost a few hundred million from the share price. Over reaction to a gov flip flop on paying on time. And on the cash front, cash is cash, we still have it. Any payment by the DHSC from the contractual obligation is extra cash in the bank. They could easily resolve and pay c£75m in cash to us, in which case we have our mcap in cash. Madness, but irrationality breeds opportunity.

What today's RNS says then is the gov havent paid for the £35 in promate yet. As that was the only thing delivered then that's got to be what DHSC are lagging on. Not exactly crazy money in dispute, just sentiment impact as always. Buying op.

May well be, but unfortunately for the gov a contract is a contract, and they will have to pay up. If you don't want to pay, don't sign a contract. Given time they will pay the contreactual amounts as they are doing with other disputes. I don't know why the gov is being so naive but they seem to be doing it left right and centre.

Im not so sure about the kicking. Last time it was a surprise and got rid of many weak holders. Those that hold now know of the issues, so its not really out of the blue. Down yes probably, but I think any drop will attract buying interest. I know I'm personally hoping for a good day trade for a bounce, but lets see where it settles

Well they say profit warnings come in threes, and that's finally our third out of the way. At least it's all done now. We know there's issues with the DHSC, we no longer deal with the DHSC from April, so at least we wont get anymore disputed payment comments going forwards. Lets see what today brings, could be down, could bounce, who knows. Either way, hey ho.

Unless of course they are in a management buyout...
