Ask now 1.5p. Got quote to buy at 1.47p and can sell at 1.3628p. Things are moving. Quite often find these things happen unexpectedly.

Ask has moved up to 1.45p. Got quote of 1.35p to sell and quote of full ask at 1.45p to buy. Think this could jump up at any point. If you want to invest here for the potential, now is probably a good time to jump in.

Thought you said you sold out in your post on the 19th. So not sure why you are coming back on with your slightly negative vibe. From your posts it seems that you had wanted to make a quick buck and lost patience.

Well it’s very annoying. Sometimes it makes it seem like the SP is drifting lower when it’s not. So from what you are saying someone could put a buy order in and at the same time the fee could be put in as a sell order for the minimum price on the spread.

Yes a great early opening trade. Anther thing I still don’t understand is the raft of tiny trades. The spread is shown as 1.3p to 1.4p and there have been a few tiny trades at 1.3p but of no significant what’s so ever. When trying dummy trades this morning I have always been offered significantly more than 1.3p. So what’s this all about?

My buys have shown up. 1.42p paid. Thank you to the sellers that made the shares available. Really don’t know why anyone would be selling now. Expecting this to be 2p plus in early Jan.

The spread has really tightened up. Could already sell my new shares for about the price I paid. Glad I got in early expect there won’t be many shares available later.

I have bought a couple of more million this morning just after the open and expecting quick return. They’ve not shown up yet. Expect will show later as delayed trades.

Fantastic news! I was worried that the deal would fall through and have negative effect on sentiment. This confirms all is going ahead. It doesn’t matter that payments are now by instalments. Cuprun would have walked away and not paid anything if they were not confident of now completing the purchase. Nothing holding SP back now and expecting the SP to rise massively in the new year.

Or maybe just trading. They were very quite when SP was hovering lower. Want to repeat I guess.

PROBLEM IS WHAT LOOKS UNATRACTIVE TODAY, MAY LOOK ATTRACTIVE TOMORROW.

This morning I relistened to the investor presentation video dated 21st October again. For people like me that need a bit of reassurance it is well worth a listen or relisten. Available on the companies website under "INVESTORS" and then "Media and Research". It is very compelling. More so than trying to guess whether SP is rising due to various leaks or whether certain directors have sold out. I was particularly worried about the LCCM sale, but I have to accept that this is probably not the key issue here. The company is in effect self funding at this stage in it's development, with no depts and that is pretty unique for a mining exploration company. There are multiple other miner exploration companies out there with no income, depts and with worse resources in the ground, that have an SP multiples of what it is here. This is massively undervalued even after this mornings rise.

I really appreciate your enthusiasm, But I think this is going north because the asset is worth this price not because of some kind of leak.

Sorry what is not true? Was asking a question. Just had a brief listen to the intro of the webcast and Charles seemed to say that they would be using the funds from New Mexico and add any funds from Leigh Creek.

The sale of Leigh Creek and on going funding was all discussed at the webcast in October. I can’t remember what exactly was said and whether sale of Leigh Creek was critical to the funding going forward. Are you saying they stated that Cobre funds were sufficient? I may go back to have a further listen if it’s still on the website. I had thought an RNS would have been issued about this anyway to keep the market fully informed about previously notified agreements.

A few days ago people were talking about Leigh Creek, me included. I am curious now as to why we haven’t heard any announcements about this. The 6 month option to buy this was up yesterday. I thought there would have to be an RNS to say either the sale had gone through, been delayed or fallen through, but nothing has been said. Maybe this has just lapsed and an RNS is not needed? Anyone got any ideas.

I know its a guess that previous directors have sold out and you can't base your investment strategy on that. As hopper said it's the fundamentals that count and on paper these look very good here. That's why I invested. I think the problem with this share is the actual investors. We need better investors. As positive drill results have come through we should have seen a steady rise in the SP, but instead we have had spikes and troughs. That's the problem with an AIM share where over 90% of shares are owned by small investors. We desperately need institutions on board to give some stability and if that meant a small raise I would support that. Ok that would dilute us slightly but I would prefer that over this.

I really hate all the ramping and deramping. We have had scores people on here like Stocks posting multiple times a day, ramping saying they were long term investors and now they seem to have long gone. Moved on with a nice profit, hardly daring to show up again. Fair enough I suppose, but everyone is just looking out for themselves. I don't believe anyone on here. I have a lot of money invested here and at one point had on paper a very large profit, which will be the case for many invested here. I am still in profit, but not by much. I can accept loosing profit, but will not let myself lose substantial capital even if the selling meant hurting my potential future profits. I will always sell to protect my capital. I think if people are honest a lot of people feel like this. I have been in some shares before stuck for years with large paper losses and then permanent loss , so am more cautious now. That is the real reason for a lot of people selling, as illogical as it may seem to some, with such a prize at stake.

That's also why I have mentioned several times about the sale of Leigh Creek. I know it is not the core asset of SML but if that fell through or got delayed it might mean a loss of sentiment and drop in the SP. It doesn't really take much to do that does it. I think we should get an RNS on this by tomorrow, so not long. I am keeping a very close eye on this. I can handle the SP hanging around here or even temporarily dropping to 1p but if it looked like dropping to 0.7 to 0.8p I would be rushing to the door.

Why do you assume these previous directors have sold out completely. There is no proof of that, all we know is that they dropped below the 3%. If you can find positive confirmation of this somewhere such as a post on X that would help.

I did actually say that I was not worried what the old directors did since hopefully there would be new buyers. I don't mind whether they have kept some of their holding or not, but we don't know. Don't think it makes a difference. Also I did say that I thought the effect of the sale/non sale of Leigh Creek would only have a temporary effect and we only have till Thursday to wait. So we kind of agree. Just trying to think of reasons for the weakness in the SP. An updated interim financial statement would reassure people.
