Imo there might have been a lot of excitement around this stock during the run into results, which would have translated to a higher SP from which to receive news, be that good or bad.
However, managements failure to communicate even a specific start date, or any form subsequent update on the outstanding equipment or progress, isn't exactly conducive to buying pressure.
This, combined with a particularly poor record of delivery in recent times, means we instead have unusually low volumes and little interest from the the wider market.
We were advised around 5 weeks, which have now elapsed.
Imo, if the silence persists, the market may start to wonder why.
It would seem logical to equate smooth operational progress with timely delivery. Conversely, that a delay may reflect unforeseen difficulty on the ground.
Of course neither may be true, but if this continues to drag without an update, it could get rather twitchy.
