But it's deeper than just the gender claptrap.

Identity politics looks something like this:

Multimillionaire black female celebrity living in Beverly Hills - is a victim.

Penniless white man living on a council estate in Leeds - is an oppressor.

In the eyes of the left, the "victim"is celebrated, and their victimhood is worn with pride.

The "oppressor" isn't worthy of similar sympathy irrespective of their real world status, simply because they are part of a wider collective, deemed oppressors.

Social catagorisation.

It's why the left stick Beyonce on a stage and think they are talking to all black people, or ignore the plight and concerns of the white working class, but blow a gasket if a brown person feels marginalised, and so on and so forth.

In the worst instances people actually seek to identify reasons to become part of the victim class, for the social status it affords.

The Welsh Gov have since released a statement to say that they are not planning on implementing this measure.

The proposal is part of an action plan to tackle ra--sm, and as usual, there was no indication as to why banning dogs from parks would be a suitable tool to tackle ra--sm.

I expect the reason it featured is due to the fact dogs are considered to be "haram" or unclean in some branches of Islam. Anything touched by a dog should be washed, even the sight of one during prayer is undesirable. Basically, a dog should only be kept if it is a working animal.

Ergo, keeping dogs away from parks, may encourage more muslim users into those parks, thus making the parks more diverse.

A lack of diversity, is an expression of racism, hence banning dogs tackles racism.

This is potentially good news, my concern is that the problem is the regulators themselves, who act to shield industry and allow Gov to pass the buck.
