The latest saga is the CEO raised some cash, apparently from two new cornerstone investors.

One of those investors turned out to be a market maker for Peel, forward sold, then dumped all the remaining stock below placing price.

CEO is fuming and threatening to sue.

It's not, the ITR states its gas to surface, not volume.

They hit some good source rock in the MOU4 drill that caught the edge of the target they are drilling now, so CoS is likely a bit better, but not a lot better.

Yeah, thanks, capitulation was probably the wrong word.

What i meant was, the severity of the economic situation in Russia. Some suggest its becoming untenable, whilst others say its difficult but sustainable.

They have the potential to deliver clout, which is more than Europe has. I hear Germany were training with painted broomsticks.

This coalition of the willing thing. Germany, Poland and others dont seem especially enthusiastic.

We dont have the capability to rapidly repel Russia, and i expect public appetite for sending our boys into a meat grinder would wane fairly rapidly in an attritional situation.

Best we can do is stop wasting money, Chagos would be a good start, and rapidly develop a military worthy of the name that can protect Ukraine and ourselves in the near future.
