ARV, getting quotes at 0.48 and 0.54 for volume, when one might ordinarily expect NT on such an illiquid stock.

Headline spread is 0.25 to 0.3.

Not sure what to make of that tbh, but prob not a bad sign.

Re steel, i read that we could produce our own Met, mined in the UK - with the obvious economic benefits, not just in tax-take, but for deprived communities.

However, sulphur content is typically on the high side, so may need to be cut with some imported stuff to meet environmental Regs.

Recent history of these treasury stocks suggests uptake should be high, personally id say risk is to the upside from here.

The market has doubtless had advanced notice.

The concern with them all is that the fly-wheel keeps turning, enabling successive placings to buy more coins.

They are in the early accumulation phase so the Mcap disconnect is irrelevant.

Good uptake here, and on COIN, who have also placed today - should restore some confidence to the sector after the recent drop.

Note - no retail offer on COIN, so big money still interested, which bodes well.

But im no expert.
