Flip me it was a simple muse as to why no TR1 and see if anyone had any thoughts as to why not, Wong bother in future.

after all last week's volumes yet no Tr1 issued as yet, anyone any idea why?. I believe some 4 countries can have exemptions with the FCA, so could it have been a foreign entity doing the buying, do the BoD know who was behind the volume, do they approve of the buyer, has the buyer now accumulated enough to stop short of any threshold and is now talking to the BoD about acquiring the rest of Sareum.
Would love to know what figure the BoD are looking for and what figure if anything have they ever been offered.

Baserite I am a holder but it's nothing to do with us if people do sell at a certain figure then buy back lower, sometimes wish I had the guts to do it. Frustrating yes but these people may have built up massive holdings over the years playing that style, but it's upto them not other people. They might get caught out one day soon but I suspect they have millions anyway and getting caught out on a 10% of share held would be more than made up for with the other 90%, their game their money, live and let live, or maybe join them for a while. but for me that was the first time I have EVER seen my Sareum share with a blue positive in something like seven years. It was only for a measly £15 odd and for a wee short while, but it lets me dream this weekend, of 28p plus parties and it's my dream so let me dream.

traded already today is this Company changing hands on the cheap, or as everyone hopes is a big player taking a cheap percentage before they have to come out in the open. Is it five days before a TR needs issuing?. Heres hoping it's Pfizer, JJ or whoever but some entity with deep pockets and a throw away budget.

So after offering to sell your shares for 1p yesterday you haven't got a sell order placed for 1p, so it's your fault you are still here. Perhaps practise what you preach, or do you really have any Sareum shares???

Hello Tiptree it must be old as 400k would not buy him 10% of Sar at today's prices more like 2%. I would imagine if he invested directly with Sareum it was through new shares issues not the open market and would have needed an RNS I think. Some of the proper SAR holders will no doubt enlighten you further but I think it's old.

if it was a P and D then an awful lot of shares were traded, over 7% of the company moved around today. TR1 maybe within a few days.

Think this website might have it wrong Credit Suisse upgraded Boo from 400 to 440 on June 17th, can't find any Credit Suisse changes since then. So it could be they gave downgraded from 440 back to 250 maybe worded wrong on this site can't find any mention of new broker comments on HL.

If it's an Institution off loading and a TR1 comes out could stop the uptrend in its tracks.

Set up a committee to investigate beefed that up with 10 mill, bought 29 mill shares last week, issued a statement originally you can read it on People powers posts again if you want to. Think they have done a lot really, you should be slamming the headlines like yesterday where it puts Boohoo in screaming big letters yet the it's the supplier at fault and the problems didn't refer to any staff supplied to Boohoo, totally vindictive reporting

Didn't this happen a few years ago where it went up every day to 3s, then 4s and upto 5s I think and it turned out to be one of the big holders having a laugh, maybe Searle or die bloke who held all the shares in one of the instructions named on Sareums site. Might be the wrong board though.
