Well I mailed Mr Parker and he has replied saying the agreement is nothing to do with Sareum or the ICR. It is between the CPF and Sierra and they can only release info as and when it gets released. To be honest total disregard of any shareholder interest in SRA 737 he did thank me for supporting Sareum though.

So Zylo Sareum just say hey ho that's okay don't let us know what is going on with a drug we own a big part of. That's okay our shareholders aren't bothered about drug progress or milestones due, they won't push us to do anything. Parker should be banging on ICR s door demanding that something is done, and we should be banging on Sareums door for them to do something. It's time for the Sareum BoD to start looking after their shareholders interests.

Interesting TaZ the presentation bumpf they are doing tomorrow just goes on about Momentum but the shareholders seem to want them to come out and push SRA737. Think something might be stated or else he is in for some stick off the holders. My hope is they have passed it onto Gilead as touted and they can move it on at pace. Think they would even pay out milestones straight away to ICR and Sareum to show faith. Here's hoping the shareholders know which way it's going.

Dark is right in some respects they are crap at communications and info has to be dragged out of them. Tim has been let off with his significant forecast again. I just hope they are not lying when they say they are in discussions but I don't know them personally and probably never will, so I can dream the Sareum dream but I think it has to come to fruition soon lest they get left behind. 5p gets all my AIM losses back, 10p gets me the new estate and the kitchen done, 20p and above is a wet dream.

One thing though Toth2 would the milestones be paid through the ISA where you held the shares or would they gave to be outside the ISA and subject to CGG.

WH4 can understand all your frustrations regarding the BoD do wonder sometimes what they are being paid for. My hope is the Institutional Investor is proactive and starts to question things and basically gets some meat on the bones regarding deals, and gets things moving.

Thank you Aberystwyth, so to benefit we keep hold of the shares and benefit from any milestones/royalties as a dividend from the Company which could be many years down the line. The other option would be that people wanted in and the share price rises and you take the choice sell on a stronger SP or wait for the dividends, is that basically the gist. I asked the question about milestones being passed on as dividends some years back and was told probably not as there are accounting principles of deferred earnings, or such, which would prevent converting to dividends. Hey ho everyone seems happy with it though so it must be good, just put the new car book away again. Thank you for helping.

Actually it's not just FTSE 100 on HL you can have it for all the FTSE groups includin AIM 100. Makes you feel like a proper stockbroker watching the blues to reds STC especially Boo.

USA I believe is one of the four countries that don't need to issue a TR1 as their own market control for info is quite rigurous, but what do I know don't want to get lamblasted again for not sticking to the Sareum plan.
