17,857,142 warrants each, equals 35,714,284 x £0.0042 (0.42p) = £150,000 approx
£ to $ @ 1.30 =$194K
Even more in the accounts than I guessed.

This give the company about $180K for working capital. It would be nice to know what the new warrant option were. Fair & Reasonable?? Lets hope so.

Having watched it again, I've increased my holding, an extra 200k shares at 3.35p.
Short term hold till early next year. Could make enough for an extra holiday to somewhere warm.

When Tjate mining license was issued we only had 1050m shares in issue, so we peaked around £70m and then dropped back to £50m pretty quickly.
However, wee are now around £65m, but have so much more upside and JLP are a different beast now - £200m mcap in 24 months plus new projects!!

JT41, that was how it was. Hopefully they've changed their ways. Especially with II's & HNWI holding large chunks of the share capital, this should effect the SP positively as more shares are now held tight for higher levels.

I think it's healthy to have a good raise with some consolidation. Let those that want to get off, Get Off and new shareholders join for the next step. Some will be hoping to buy back cheaper than they sold. Good luck either way.

New Copper & Cobalt Waste Recovery Approach. From the slide 12:36 in on the presentation.
Hopefully news will be released soon on whose Copper/Cobalt waste we will be processing/partnering with, they have been alluding to a deal with a Blue chip company from late last year if my memory serves me right.
This could be the perfect storm forming, so 4p to 54p could all be possible over the next week to 4/5 years.
Not sure I'll be holding all my shares. However, imagine a Dividend payment of 5% when we're at 50p, ( 2.5p dividend payment/share) That equates to our share holding value over the last few months.

I imagine JLP were booked in to the investor show. The funding was announced on 21 Mar 19. Great presentation for an Up & Coming Midcap company in the making. Market cap wise, we are now around the same level as when we had the Tjate license spike to 7p (approx £70m). JLP is now a totally different company. Profit making (earnings/sh) and diversified both globally and in end product.

Jubilee Metals own the Sable refinery, so nothing to do with the Kabwe Project in the negotiation levels. Maybe JLP charges a toll processing fee to the Kabwe Project as it will GLR thus reducing the profit at the Kabwe Project but increasing JLP's profit directly.
The company I work for has many departments, from water to waste, mechanical to transport (No Guessing). It's often more expensive to use our internal services than to get external contractors in, but we still go internal - Money, profits, losses. It's a Bean Counters exercise to get more for the Umbrella company.

I'm not sure where Star Zinc is in terms of JORC compliant.
May be the deal could be something like 20% of the input material is from star Zinc and they receive 12% of the profit from plant after all costs to produce, except JLP's finance costs. This would extend the LOM considerably. GLR is valued at $2m, how much did we pay for our Platcro Tailings. GLR are over a barrel with regards to money. Any fund raise could give massive dilution. We had 30% dilution for Sable and we are solvent!!
