GR would normally take part in the equity raise if there was a chance of getting a bargain. He didn't see any value at 0.02p.
He will probably loan Prem some £'s to get a few months working capital (salary). The loan loan would be back by the remaining Circum shares not already used as security for the other loan, Job Done!

Was he not referring to the long awaited Circum liquidity event, whilst sneakily preparing for an equity raise. Clever use of words. The shares did spike up from 0.0273p to 0.035p ish. Did everybody get it wrong?

Some of those large trades will have been the shares being forward sold at 0.25p to 0.30p. It probably took longer than expected. The sellers have made a lot of money and kept the same holding.

The ceiling was raised at the delayed AGM by shareholders. They were over a barrel, support or fold, but it allowed GR to kick the can down the road receiving his salary.

Good post and all those figures look good, 17p is retirement stuff, 10p is still life changing for me. It has been a long slow uphill struggle for most JLP holders, but I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel. I will sell what I have above 1m shares at various prices on the way up. The rest will ride to what ever level - may be even receive a Dividend.
