The warrants are risk free for the investors. If they see good progress and company making performance from La Parilla, they may be willing.
However, I believe the 0.5p price has now gone and debt and equity will be the option. £1m debt @ 10% interest, £1m equity raise at 0.25p = 400m shares (approx 6.5% dilution).
I think 0.25p is very/too low, but easy maths.

The Company will need to add additional funding over the next two months prior to the expected receipt of grant funding and start of commercial production in order to maintain the pace at which the La Parrilla mine is being developed and has received interest from potential debt and Spanish equity providers.
'A third Spanish investor has indicated interest to invest €2m on the same terms as this placement but the investment is subject to funds approval which they will target to achieve within the next month.'

I guess the third investor is probably out of the picture now. Therefore, that means the 0.5p equity pricing is also out of the window, except for MM's pledge, maybe £10-20k.

So what will the equity raise be priced at, I can't see it at a premium to todays price. Also the stated 2 months is up tomorrow. Maybe the grant will save us.

The odds on an after hours Friday RNS has just dropped considerably.
I'm looking for a final top up, but nervous of the dilution and option to buy cheaper.

I can't believe the spanish investors will outlay £2m without getting some major bonus in the form of warrants.
They will want to see production, production improving and expectation of a good return on their investment.
£2m at 0.5p = 400m shares.
200m warrants at 0.75p
At 1p they get £4m back and exercise their warrants, 200m =£1.5m outlay. £2.5m banked and holding £2m in value.
600m shares would dilute us by <10% and put £3.5m working capital in the accounts.

10p will give us a mcap of around £200m
A lot of dilution has occurred this year, I hope it's the end of it.
Lets see where it settles over the next month or two.
December is always a poor month due to maintenance works and holiday.

I'm glad you agree 'Bluebelly. I'm not sure that whether its at 0.5 or 0.3 it will have any kind of huge impact.'
My point is sentiment will change if there is cash in the bank to cover the ramp up period, covering wages etc. Therefore a placement would be seen as positive and investors would be keener to invest on it's future expected growth and probably on a rising SP.

The shares in issue are irrelevant. It's a known known. If you expect this company to become a mid tier company, £200-£400m. That would give a SP of between 3.2 & 6.4p unless further shares are issued, again though, this would be a known known.

The SP will be a lot higher when production ramps up towards desired output.

Only fear here is - An Equity raise!
If they raise money around 0.3p it won't stay there for long, as they will be funded and sentiment will change.
Paid just over 0.35p for 1m shares. Average now 0.366p.
Back at Dec 2017 prices, and days/weeks away from a company making event.

I'm not sure the results will be that impressive, but the post period statement should be good. It would be great to get news on the Hernic chrome option, with maybe a note about building a Fine Chrome Processing line there.
Hopefully the market is finally getting to know what we already knew about JLP.

It would be good to hear something on the PGM rich spoils from DCM. There must be quite a pile of value there now. Especially as the fine chrome is leaving a higher % of PGM's.
Where is that license to process it. Would we be able to transport it and have it processed at another site? Or is a license required anyway.
Maximise these little projects whilst we're still a small cap, as time moves on we will be involved in much larger projects and will probably not even bother with the smaller projects, they could even be sold on. The SA government are the ones that lose out from the extra revenue paid to them.

WOBF, the earnings graph is historic. However it may have further increased for Q3/19.

A lot more shares are now in issue, approaching 2bn with warrants, it was around 1.1bn shares. So the mcap has increased substantially, but much more to come. Jan 18 saw JLP raise £4.5m at 3.6p (125m shares, 62.5m warrants convertable at 6.12p = £3.825m to come).
News next week could propel this to considerably higher levels.
Could be some money coming from the rainbow chasers today or Monday.
