Thats fine BOB, i did read that bit as well, that statement would have held ground if they hadn't of stated that there Forecasts include the FULL Cln drawdown. Until they actually state they will not be drawing any more CLN down you have to go on what they have sated...that they will!!

The only thing that will hold this up is the breach of the restristions which Sunda have alluded to waiving.

The one thing that gets me is that the original £1.25mil should have been subscribed to 'immediately' after the results of the metting to pass. The fact Sunda did not put a date against this was a massive failing on their part as that is what allowed Alumni to run down the SP

People need to re-read the initial aquistion notes relating to the CLN's... with reagrds to the next £3mil, they are obliged to do this in two (or more tranches) with the first £1.5mil within the period commencing on 1 June 2026 and ending on 29 June 2026.

The CLN's are happening whether you like it or not

Oh and one more nugget to pull from this, even though they expect the NZ aquisition to be 'self funding' they have stated that there Group cash flow forecast is based on the FULL drawdown of the CLN's.

I can only assume that they expect to not have enough funds by the time they have to pay the first sum in Sept when the govn approval happens.

They have stated that they have had £1.25 mill of CLN's converted and yet we have only had rns for £250k. (fully expect RNS today or tomorrow regarding this)

One think I do not like is that they state the remaining £3mill that have restrictions on (£6mill MCap etc) but they can waive this is both partys agree...whats the ffing point of having the restrictions in place then if they can be waived to the benefit of Alumni

There are some clauses baked into the CLN, notable that they cannot invoke the share aquirement if Market cap below £6mill...so that gives a prominent floor level around 1.5p per share. Quite obvious now that they would do this and one to learn from, nothing anyone can do as they will definately continue to sell to aquire maximum shares (and they now have more firepower to do so) for the next £1.1mill tranche. Its after that that will depend on the sales profit made from NZ business to stop any future CLN's.

You have got to love the ambiguity of the RNS though! We know its only 'a temp suspension' but 50/50 as to what and why! Good ol EUA keeping the shareholders on their toes as usual

Not only that Mick but look at when he transferred shares to his name, a week before the war actually started!! He knew beforehand what was going to happen as tipped off. How this has not been raised up yet is beyond me

I disagree, the only thing keeping this share alive is the dividend prospect, without that it would be gone

That's why this is a punt/pure gamble end of. Only buy if you can afford to lose the money, anybody tell you anything different is talking out of their arse

For a share that has no apparent shorts on it, it hell acts like its being heavily shorted. No uptick at all even when rest of market moves up. This has to be one of the worst performing Ftse100 shares this year

Ftse at all time yearly high and BP are not even gaining. I have a very nasty feeling that the whole Oil sector is getting re-rated (Like the banking sector did after the financial crash) and so long gone are the days of £4.50+. Anyone else thinking along this?

You would have thought its already factored in due the low FTSE value anyway, but on a No deal brexit the FTSE will decline around 5-10%, all about Fear

Great analysis there Tacet, although I do see where Blue-boys reluctance is, the FTSE is only really down .5% off its high while BP is off around 5-6% off its high. Quite a stark difference for a share that used to follow the FTSE trend line

There is big confusion about this due to media when its so simple, they stop counting as say Trump/Biden has 300000 lead but only 250000 postal votes left to count, there is no point in continuing as it will not affect the outcome. All its doing is delaying the result and giving in to the lefties who wants 'Every vote counted'

As you held past last Friday, the RI are yours to do with as you please, so there is nothing stopping you in selling your IAG to fund IAGN Ri shares

What I am interested in.... has anyone here actually signed up to the RI and if so what has their broker offered... I find it difficult to understand how Barcs are charging extortionate fees while other brokers are not...I am on phone waiting to Barcs now so need some ammo to fire at them
