I think the question is whether the market believes the BTC trend has now reversed after that head and shoulders pattern at $32k, if there's confidence it's going to break out then ARB is a quick leverage bet for London investors (but the planned institutional fund buyers probably have more effect if more large orders are being put through in pieces during today). Hard to say, going like a train on the leader board at the moment which will quickly attract the traders here.

it's still pressing at that resistance around $35k or just above, exactly where it failed last time, might or might not this time

Transport is really not the risk here. You're talking about one truck a day on the highway to Dar es Salaam. There are other risks for sure and hopefully everyone's aware by now it's still a 4-1 bet on paper or thereabouts at the prospect stage. Production to market risks come later. On the other hand, there's about as much risk reduction as you're ever likely to see on a prospecting campaign like this.
