Depends what you mean by 'making money'. It'll be less than 6 months before HE1 generate first revenues in Colorado, and perhaps 12 months after licence award before they generate revenues in Rukwa.

The additional cost of road improvements has to be a fair consideration, but hopefully not too many more contingencies to come as the weather warms. HE1 is in for a maximum of $450k per well before we get into any discussions about additional cost sharing (and in that scenario I'd be more worried about BNL having to find cash than HE1, and if they go under then I'd guess we buy them out of the project and happy days). I imagine that's also why their CEO's on site to avert any slippage. But if J-31 goes to plan and proves up the subsurface model then J-4 should be similarly straight forward and half way to six wells, the road won't be a deal breaker averaged out overall.

Hilarious FUBAR. It's AIM, of course it's gambling and everyone's entitled to a bet. So far it's doing OK, still in profit, not as much as I'd like. I always like to have two or three early stage company bets going on AIM, makes life interesting. It's less than 5% of my portfolio, a daily hobby share for coffee breaks. No one's betting their pension on early stage exploration penny shares, at least I hope not.

HL is notorious for showing NT messages to buy/sell on AIM stocks, it's the platform not the market, there's billions of shares and no lack of liquidity

What kind of update would you expect? All they can say publicly is that "Mining License application for southern Rukwa helium project in Tanzania remains under review by the Mining Commission", as they've already announced in RNS, no change, hence no announcement.

Next 4 wells in fact, as they already have State-16 completed and ready to pipe in. If Jackson-31 goes to plan then Jackson-4 should follow suit as it's so close by. Then we find out if they move on to Jackson-2 and J-27, or up to J-29.

Toffers - you’re being wilfully ignorant and not for the first time. Wimbledon has done the work for you, and explained how the system works. You have invented a problem that does not exist. The licensing database does not record the date the company hands in an application pack. It records the date the application enters the licensing stage. All the environmental, social and political agreements need to happen first, so this suggests all that is now complete. It’s good news.

You read it wrong Toffers, otherwise the database would already have your imaginary 17 September date lodged for a previous ML application. As everyone has explained, this is the date entered as part of the normal process. Nothing has changed.

That’s not right McNol, the ML gives rights to extract commodities. It is just incorrectly classified that’s all, either due to error or because they don’t have a database tag for ‘Helium’ in the system, or because they can’t tag both Helium and Hydrogen simultaneously. As Wimbledon says, the portal system is notoriously limitation prone.
