Apologies may have over reacted, my view for Monday is a bounce, might be short lived, we may just resume the much loved 7-9p range for the next 6 months, or it all goes to pot and tanks. Perhaps you could give me your view as to why the latter would be the case?

I'm bullish for Monday as it happens, even though I view this share as a total dog, as lemon put it, 6 months more to achieve what has been happening for the last 6 months, if current sp is reflective of that position why wasn't it that for the last few weeks? I will attempt to buy Monday at 8am for the initial bounce but highly unlikely anyone will get in at these levels. Or maybe theres another RNS coming out saying there'll be a cash raise to pay massive salaries, tell me, who's going to participate in that? No1, so unlikely to happen

It's like people have forgotten we own 49% of a company that's flying currently, yes it has debts but one dividend will yield at 5% easily, what bottom line profits will look like I couldn't say and I know its optimistic yes

Actually barnet you're right, I think this will go below zero actually. Bets on price Monday? I think minus 50p a share, might consider buying some at that level but might wait for it to drop further.

I'm saying recovery to the 7s maybe even touch 8s, nothing has changed we just have an exceptional extra 6 months to finalise investment firm conversion activity. The market loves such firms it DOES NOT like uncertainty though which we are subject to currently.

Agree though this is a dog of a share, a real POS, shame because the fundamentals are good and there's potential as an investment firm with Dbay as advisors to do rather well. SP doesn't want to reflect any of that though it seems

Spike incoming Monday, RNS dropped on purpose giving folks 6 minutes to buy in, gutted I missed it to be honest, won't go mental Monday but there will be gains to be had. The gains this will make as an investment firm with the crew now board will be significant in my opinion, shame we can't liquidate the stake in the Eddie Stobart trading companies!

If someone wants to take over just Dbays 51% then fair enough to them, but they'll never take a dividend out of the trading company without paying 49% of it to us so fine by me! A takeover by a huge entity is going to take the whole 100% I would imagine. One bumper dividend and the sp here explodes, the question is what will the directors do with the heightened profits being achieved right now. Investment firm conversion is just a formality given our structure, who cares? If they do a £20m cash raise our market cap goes up by £20m as the cash is in the bank, what's the problem? The focus here needs to be on how to extract value from the 49% stake in the trading company - remember if the directors elect to rapidly pay down the PIK loan then Dbay returns suddenly reduce quite quickly = dividends

Here's a wacky thought, what if ESL is able to put itself on solid financial footing as a result of unprecedented demand and revenues currently and Dbay just decide to sell up and a takeover ensues, at a premium to current SP of course! Wishful thinking I know, until then I look forward to enjoying the perpetual decline via the now infamous minus 5% a day regime!

TF the one thing I would say in response to the uncertainty you raise is that it's fully priced into the current share price, so IMO the risk / reward is a fairly good level given any positive news will surely see a swift climb in SP. My view is it would take something fairly catastrophic to tank the SP here, or of the course the famous minus 5% a day regime continues and the entire investment and attributable value to the 49% stake in ES trading company falls gradually to zero.

The test won't work! Even if it does who's going to want it?! Competitors with blood and lab tests have already beaten us to it! Why would a saliva test be of any use?! The margins will be tiny! What growth can be expected once we're selling to the entire globe at multiple unit numbers per person?!
