Small holding having sold (by luck rather than judgement) most of it before suspension (over a penny which was also lucky). View is that this will open circa 1.5p, results with increased gold prices should see a decent sustained rise. Given small holding I will probably just hold it but may consider selling if opens on a huge spike, depends how many people want in upon re-list

What? If no RTO is identified then the entity will be delisted and essentially become dormant, eroding pretty much all shareholder value, I think that's pretty much considered 'bust' by most accounts.

If an RTO is identified then boom for certain, even on speculation as I've previously mentioned decent cash shells value at around £3m (double today's SP) during the 6 months up to delist date. Confident here but please call it what it is.

RMP has already gained a lot since cash shell notification, plus market cap already at 3m which seems to be benchmark for cash shells, personally on the cash shell front I'd favour AOGL for decent returns given low market cap currently

Lol £1, I think we'd need more than a £10m contract to be a £22.5Bn company. Let's stick with mags's 0.03 short term and 0.06 medium term target. These seem achievable with confirmation of Joe Media completion and subsequent partnerships/contracts

Typical cash shell value was c£3m, which equates to an SP of 0.027 here based on shares in issue. If this is indeed one of the cleanest shells on the market then there's scope for higher than this IMO, and of course it goes without saying that if an RTO is hinted at or confirmed then value gain could be material (many multiples of where we are currently)

I dodon'really follow your last post Lockes, with a cash shell the 'speculation' is that an RTO occurs. This is where another company, with all of it's assets, is taken over by AOGL. It's called reverse because it's the company coming in who is really in control (I.e. they're not going to just give all their assets to us for free are they). Why would they do this? To get a cheaper market listing for one, make use of tax losses for another reason. So if ABC Ltd a private company wants to be aim listed then they rto into AOGL, change the name, and share price relates to reflect market cap of new merged entity(s). If this happens = moonlambo time

I think people need to realise what this entity represents; it is a cash shell, frankly if it had a snazzy website i would be horrified, cheap website that is cheap to maintain is fine. Why does it even need a website? It is a cash shell. Financial are irrelevant. It is a cash shell. Folks that don't understand cash shells should consider selling up and moving into more typical investments for peace of mind, this is speculative so no point trying to find answers down the usual channels.

In a separate announcement, the company also said that it has notified the European High Growth Opportunities Fund (EHGOF) that it does not intend to draw down under its previously announced financing facility and will seek to replace it after reaching an agreement to effect the repayment or cancellation of all existing accrued convertible debt under the facility.

Can't get too bothered about the account for the 6 months to June 2020 to be honest, what are they going to say? This entity is now a cash shell, or on its way to being one? Who cares? Accounts are irrelevant as far as I'm concerned. The real angle here is (typical) market sentiment values a cash shell at c£3m (many examples, can only recall RLD currently but there's countless others), and we're at c£1m, so if you're holding past an SP of around 0.040p then I'd argue it's risky, if an RTO comes along chop a zero out of that decimal place easily

It's a fair point Lockes, and this really does represent a purely speculative play. Given that latter point, I'm not remotely concerned about the address thing. This share is about an RTO, it's a clean cash shell with significant tax losses for a company to utilise should they RTO into us. Any cash shell that's had a hint of an RTO has skyrocketed, and that's what the aim is here. That said I've seen some huge gains on clean cash shells with no mention of an RTO so will be an interesting one to watch, plenty of time until deadline too

AIM cash shell status, clean cash shell with potential RTO transaction. If a decent RTO comes you are into stratospheric gains potentially, so decent cash shells with good teams have potential to rise on such speculation.

Quantum, re tax losses, it's a benefit for a new company that RTOs into AOGL because they can offset the losses against current/future profits for tax purposes. So the value of tax losses is total tax loss*corporation tax rate.
