Bid has just gone negative, something very strange going on given the impressive RNS today. Shame, at the risk of sounding like mags I'm thinking this remains a hold

Thats right mannar, I heard a rumour that they're planning to issue infinity shares on a raising soon, where do you think SP will go when that comes? Maybe minus £8 a share? Will you buy some at that point?

Yes. For now. When EHGOS gone and decent debt funding in place you're looking at a profitable company with a ridiculously low mkt cap, hence rerate is envisioned. The only variable is when, oh and price may go down further, which is what I'm angling for as I've admitted (no hate please).

Sold the lot earlier, thinking of getting back in, 16p to buy, new low? EHGOS aside there's a decent revenue stream coming in now, any further contracts and the mkt cap is going to look ridiculously low

I agree, £1 a share is a realistic target here, £1.2m a year income clearly warrants a £27Bn market cap, I will slice maybe 10% of my holding at £1 but holding out for £18 a share by next Monday

Does this level of income put ICON into profit as opposed to just breakeven? Why will it be 0.030 by Friday?

To be honest it's quite refreshing to have this board not cluttered with all the ramping of how high this is going to go. I am holding here and buying on lows as I feel there is value gain to be had, at some point!

That figures actually, not sure why we are expecting anything less than decline with a stack more shares coming to market, guess that's why buying volume has been so light this week? Price estimate for Friday? Figure limited impact as the market will hopefully accept the increased market cap (assuming SP stays the same).

Down 12% on the bid currently, is Joe deal now being considered a disaster? Don't see what the problem is if they want to buy out ICON, they'll have to do it at a price that shareholders agree to right?

Here's what the RNS will say IMO:

Why will the RNS make any difference here? Genuinely interested to understand peoples views, as far as I can tell the JM deal is a contract only for ICON, it's already been advised as happening, and the news has confirmed that it's happening. So surely it's priced in? I'll gladly take a big jump in SP as a result, 600K contractual income pa is great. Any mention of how long the contract is for?

Where did you get the historical market cap data from out of interest?

Don't agree with this regarding amounts Lockes, if someone was worth say £8m then they could probably comfortably risk £10-20K, so pointless to state an amount. The point around risk profile of this share is a fair one though, it's not for the faint hearted and could go either way, cash shells have done well in some instances though, multiple bags and i've seen several reach mkt cap of at least £3m so a way to go upwards here if we follow that route

Talk of share price is pointless, what realistic market cap do we see this being valued at? Is the 50K a month from JM going straight to bottom line? Anyone done any analysis as to whether that pushes into profitability? Or just breakeven?

So is there any scope that they will keep these or dump the lot? I read that they're not in this to hold but also something to do with being a growth fund so might be in their interests to do so. Appreciate not a single person on here has a clue what they will do but best guesses welcome, I guess offloading while horrid in the short term sets a nice clear pathway for a rerate once they're out
