What does it tell you Soupdragon78? Having looked into it (only stumbled across this share very recently) it's for £650K and we have market cap of £18m odd, not exactly the end of the world, but as always in my experience a placing always smashes the SP if only temporarily (although I keep being told by some folks that this isn't always the case, yet to see it myself).

AOGL is not 'pretty much a cash shell', AOGL IS a cash shell! Plain and simple.

Also lol that the company has literally stated that they intend to issue further equity and magz has stated that they will not. I'm always a fan of optimism but spouting "only upside" comments that are somewhat detached from reality is a bit too optimistic.

I agree with the two posters that responded on my initial points, especially re a placing that sees EHGOS go away and an II come on board. Bottom line, share price is UTTERLY IRRELEVANT, do we think £5m market cap reflects value here? I would argue that if it does become profitable (which it should given doubling of JM contract that was due to see ICON as profitable at original level) then £5m is low, especially with speculation of future contracts. "legacy debts" (balance unknown) are a concern, a placing to rid us of any egregious terms would actually be a decent outcome

I like that optimism JAdam, I think I (like many others) incorrectly look at this like it's an AIM share, which it is not. Placing in AIM almost invariably obliterates SP. I'm sitting on a reduced holding having sold the lot on the spike and rebought a smaller punt amount, so hoping you're right and big increases ahead

Careful what you wish for, there was constant talk of equity issuance in the last RNS's, a placing seems likely in the near future. Hooray, more dilution!

reso can you please advise what the debt level is? The last accounts on companies house indicate £11K loans, and the EHGOS CLN debt was repaid through share issuance right? What's this huge debt figure people are referring to?
