It does seem that way. I don’t see any way we’ll be back up to £+ levels without some tangible progress, which has been hard to come by in the last 6 years.
In his last interview he mentioned rapid news flow?! What are we talking here, one bump and fall back every quarter?

Worth adding also that's it's not a traditional 'discovery to mining' situation. The mine is well known. The product and processing are different, but what's there has a very real value. Increasingly so, which is part of the problem IMO

Seems unlikely, when it they could just buy out their share and get it to production sooner. Couple of hundred mil, vs. Billions of lost revenue to get it cheaper.

Presume there’s also something in the agreement (which hasn’t been disclosed) to protect against this.

That said, nothing would surprise me that much anymore..

Seems to be roughly what the market is pricing in at the moment. None of this makes any sense though. They could either buy out (at a fair price), or fast track to production, sell the lot for a huge mark up, and make a lot of dough.

If you go back to the 2017 investor presentation (still available on the EMH website) it says the DFS will be completed in 2018.
