I'd argue no news a month after the EC was on chat saying that we were in for a period of significant news is in effect the same as bad news. Global uncertainty or not, it would go some way to explaining why we seem to be regressing to levels last seen 2-3 years ago .

Just listening back to KC's last interview (4 weeks ago) ,and he mentioned the EU strategic projects as being 'the first of a number of significant announcements', and that he expects the project to speed up from this point. I guess given the project history this needs to be taken with a laaaarge pinch of salt, but what's the point in saying these things in interview if they're not imminent? I'm pretty sure there's meant to be cars rolling off the production line now with Cinovec lithium in their batteries (on initial timescales). VW shenanigans or not, there's got to be more wanting this project to go ahead than to stall yet further?
