If you had bothered to read the publicly available information, you would have known that the summary judgement involves returning 21% of BritNRG for £1.02 million. This leaves MNRG at 12% in BritNRG. Not a great deal at all... Your "assumptions" are so off, based on nothing and potentially dangerous to investors.

I don't believe Rocco has to buy shareholders off as through him we will get a vote. We have never really been engaged by the current BOD

After yesterday's AGM the company sent out a tweet stating "the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM were duly passed"
This was inaccurate and after a couple of responses to their tweet it was removed.
They then sent another one telling the whole truth.
It stated that voting results including proxy voting would be published on their website "shortly".
We are still waiting 23hrs after the AGM finished.
Previous years after a "all propositions passed" AGM it had been up within hrs.
Why not now?

If its in the public domain, as you have obtained a copy it obviously is, then it is publishable. Hilights would be appreciated and will benefit other shareholders who do not have access to it. AGM is fast upon us and if as stated then we/they have been.let down big time.
