I am so excited to see the associated prospectus.

It will have the RTO

Goldridge

Remember the fact that Goldridge and the uranium currently have £0 value in the accounts I believe so value will be attributed in the prospectus one assumes

1,478,045,122 current shares so 4p a smidge under £60m

I can honestly see 4p but not until after RTO followed by decision regarding the Uranium 9.9% and 100% owned Goldridge but that will not be with this amount of shares for sure.

Already main market!

Add the fact he and the chairman Christopher Latilla-Campbell only take £12k p.a. they'll get more in stock value

Not forgetting the 9.9% holding of the Uranium project which they put a value on in the last rns of course.

Absolutely no reason to leave the main market 100%

With an 800+% rise this year I truly feel we are poised for even more value being added. As we sit at this price I'm certain that one the mentioned copper RTO gets announced we're off again.

Then we have the uranium 9.9% to be planned. Sell it,increase the percentage or find a JV partner. The same can indeed be said about the 100% Goldridge.

Up 16.1% on the week though and the week before was 27.9% so 44% in the past two weeks. I'll take that! :)

Interestingly the figures used in the rns are from 2018. earlier this year they were x4 of 2018 prices and conservatively x3 now.

$250m figure quoted in rns so conservatively if we use $750m then 9.9% is approx $75m. Not forgetting of course the option to increase the holding to 51% which would then become approx $375m.

If it continues its trajectory of this week 0.35 should be hit midweek.

Hopefully by the end of the month we can have confirmation of the RTO then all bets are off!

The RTO was planned long before Uranium appeared so that's for much later this year on beginning of 2025

I feel its a matter of weeks so I'll go 6 weeks being end of September

CLN rns

Please note that there is no value mentioned.

It reads as a 20% discount on the RTO price.

Let's hope the RTO is at multiples (should be) of the current SP.

My thought are that IF this CLN is another tick in the RTO box getting finalised and the price is as good as I hope then that's fine by me.

The 20% discount is of a future SP which we don't know and I've never seen this before.

I heartily agree. To drop so much this week on such low volume is ridiculous. If you look at the buys/sells today they're certainly not 100% accurate in my opinion for what it's worth but a 5% drop is not justifiable.

I honestly feel the MM's are picking up cheap shares ready for the inevitable rerate when the copper deal gets confirmed or the uranium 9

9% is actually taken into account.
