So EQT sold all its 60,606,061 shares in MNRG for £200k which equates to 0.33p average as MNRG sits at 0.51p so if they sold today or yesterday would be worth £300k

Why would the spencers and Tom Griffiths increase from 7 to 8% and 5 to 6% then?

I'm assumed they're not unsettled by not knowing the terms of the CLN

That's a huge amount for one person

Primary concern is the RTO and mention of prospectus which will have to include all assets

Uranium and Goldridge will definitely be in there and worth remembering that currently they have zero value in the accounts and will have to be assigned a value in the prospectus

They wouldn't stay in business for that!

Not sure there's $28m annual income m8. Revenue is not profit.

I'm guessing somewhere in the region of 30-40% of that profit annually
