We're MNRG mentioned?
Nope
Did you miss the fact thst when the BritNRG JV was announced the SP went over 1p?
If they keep the shares its 34% holding. 51% was never agreed in addition MNRG couldn't afford it or did we miss the doubling of debt in 12 months to £1.8m?
Correct
£300k March into F2F
Further £250k
£950k for further investment and their portion of RTO and listing costs
I wish I shared your optimism Reg I truly do.
Shareholder value disappeared off their agenda a long time ago sadly.
All fabulous questions which need answering
If the time comes to vote out this BOD who's going to stand up?
I know a few who will.
The AGM showed that shareholders are no longer willing to accept things as they are.
Momentum needs to be kept up.
Changes are the only way to improve things
Let's get people in who care
"Everyone matters or no one does"
Great value
Glad the BOD are still doing great things for the benefit of the shareholders.
What's thst now, nearly 90% SP and Mcap loss in 12 months with massive dilution?
Could be on the new year's honours list at Buckingham Palace at this rate
As you say Reg BritNRG should give value so why do they want to reverse the transaction to have 50% of a profitable business?
If you had bothered to read the publicly available information, you would have known that the summary judgement involves returning 21% of BritNRG for £1.02 million. This leaves MNRG at 12% in BritNRG. Not a great deal at all... Your "assumptions" are so off, based on nothing and potentially dangerous to investors.
Not at all m8
Did you not see the :) at the end.
Rumour of 36% offered?
Lala land m8.
They bought in for 50% but want to reverse the transaction!
Can I have whatever you're drinking as my portfolio would look a lot better :)
Nope
But we speak
If you know the history of the current situation with reference to the AGM action and EGM proposal you will see he the main protagonists are. One is Pierpaolo and I'm sure you'll know who the other is being the largest PI holder. Join the dots...
I can absolutely guarantee that it's not Rocco. 100%
I don't believe Rocco has to buy shareholders off as through him we will get a vote. We have never really been engaged by the current BOD
How can they drop this on little volume of only buys?
I can get a quote for selling 11m shares so is there a buyer trying to pick up cheap shares?
It has been delisted for a good while and is a private company as is Sparkledun.
I'm not catching the "privileged information" quote.
Big holders told "its progressing well and confidence is high" is hardly privileged
LSE do not allow links. I got warned yesterday for posting one.
If you are on telegram you can ask on any large group such as P10 for the "telegram links hub" group which has links for most groups.
