I absolutely have put my money where my mouth is. Have you?
I have been invested for years and with vast sums. I bought into this because of the Goldridge opportunity.
Zero has happened in the three years I've been here except failure.
I am an investor and have been accumulating shares and losses in all this time.
Change is needed at BOD level as they do not care one jot about us shareholders.

I'm trying to work out if all the positive posters have been employed by the company or are delusional

And before someone says anything my 1st purchase here was on Nov 7th 2019 so been invested for a good while and am sitting on an 80%+ loss

At a massive loss so shows desperation to get out with something imo

Who wants 50% of a debt free business in the thriving O&G sector who will soon be paying dividends?
I would much rather has £1m with no actual plan for other "shovel ready" projects so at least it can be used towards the debt that has doubled in 22 months as has CEO's wages and bonuses whilst overseeing this fiasco

The current BOD do not care about shareholder value.
The £1m will not sure value once returned to the company

If they keep the shares its 34% holding. 51% was never agreed in addition MNRG couldn't afford it or did we miss the doubling of debt in 12 months to £1.8m?

The AGM showed that shareholders are no longer willing to accept things as they are.
Momentum needs to be kept up.

Could be on the new year's honours list at Buckingham Palace at this rate

As you say Reg BritNRG should give value so why do they want to reverse the transaction to have 50% of a profitable business?
