Any good news and PG would be crowing like a ****erel but it looks as though PG is still wearing the Emperor's new clothes so it would be embarrassing to be interviewed with nothing to show off. .

Try and prove that he knew! They will have covered themselves, PG will just say he never told him about the placing. Make your own mind up regarding honesty there but it is another nail in the coffin of trust for this company. How much is T&T bringing in PG? Answer in an RNS please.

Obviously, the directors don't communicate openly or he would have known about the placing. In his mind he probably felt entitled to sell, especially as they had already just had a placing. Maybe he was pixxed off with the lack of honest communication just as some here have been and was just as surprised as us with the 5p raise. When is the next one, 2p?

The last two RNSs have hinted that T&T is not making money and at some stage the truth will out. That will be another tin hat time.

T&T is not a commercial, it only has the 'potential' of cash flow. This is management's way of telling not to expect anything there and is why there has been no update. All now depends on a third party putting together a rescue package and giving PRD a pittance for Morocco. The directors know the situation and if one is selling just before the placing one wonders what, if anything was known. 2p could be on the horizon.

It appears T&T is floundering with only potential cash flow, no money being made yet, just cash going out then

What is the point of an interview unless it is with someone who can grill him. Otherwise, he will only ramble on and attempt to deflect reality with the excuse he is talking to the industry not shareholders. Why didn't he expand on T&T in the RNS? That leads to uncertainty as to what, if anything, is going on there. Has Covid closed it down '... a difficult operating environment in Trinidad'. Not good news.
There is no money for MOU-4, someone like SDX could take it on, sit in the driving seat and give PRD a small percentage.

Yes James, more obfuscation. We haven't heard about these new ventures the last placing was for. But at least they came clean about these funds - they may not be used for whatever anyone thinks.

And it appears T&T is not all it was made out to be. And more dilution will be required in the not too distant future.

Check out what was actually expected from the RNS and you will see why I sold. I bought at 3p and after another fund raise it may not be too far off that.

If it had been any good it would have included the word 'pleased' in the first paragraph. Why on earth would anyone write an RNS for the industry and ignore shareholders unless he had lost his marbles? Luckily, I sold on that RNS and the sp had yet to tank. I had already sold half on the placing RNS and thank goodness I did for the sp is still dropping as people sell in case there is another placing. I can't see it getting back to 19p, my original sell price, in a hurry.

I view them as PG ducking and diving.

Just what we need, in 20 days or so we should know a bit more.

It depends on what you mean by coming in, it may not be as simple as that as there are variables, such as fracking in our favour. Well worth going over the RNS of 30th June. However, if the best scenario occurs I expect an instant 20p rising to 30p before the end of the day because this is massive.

No point in discussions Nigel, too many opinions are out of touch while the sp speaks volumes.
As for drivel about PG writing all his RNSs for the trade whilst ignoring shareholders, that is not true. Once a company turns its back on its shareholders it will only end in trouble as all shareholders actually own part of the company. No, MOU-1 simply did not come up snuff.

Dual personalities on LSE boards are not allowed and anyone trying it on will be removed. NN and CLESS are therefore different people who in our democracy are allowed their own points of view.
