Which way indeed! I have been in this share long enough to see it is one of the best risk/reward plays out there. But after watching the last presentation CH seems to have changed slightly. He is less smiley but a little ruthless confidence is creeping in. Especially when it comes to future work on Paradox. I didn't hear the usual caveats cautioning against overconfidence, instead I got the impression he is totally confident about developing the acreage. It's as if he knows the oil will flow but cannot say that yet as it has to be proved by testing.
He is ticking all the boxes as he goes but appears to be on a mission to make money, even to the point he would consider selling the business at the right price. And in his mission to make a fortune he is taking those invested in the company with him. Of course, he is just head of a team but it seems the entire team are singing from the same song sheet.
Just my impressions.

The market cap is what really counts. How much will Buffalo add to it? That is what should be reflected in the sp. CoS is a bit immaterial in that scenario, at the moment we have a seller so the sp has been depressed. This is why patience is critical.

Yes, it was good, he seemed very positive especially about all the follow-up work with no 'ifs'. He appears very certain we are on to a winner here, and he is the one who should know.

It needs to be proved and not taken for granted. It's great to be positive but each step needs to be done diligently and if the oil flows, we need to know in what quantity. So far so good but nothing can be taken for granted at this stage. CH keeps telling us this. Maybe tonight he will mention other parts of the business as the team have yet to get back to Paradox to carry out the tests.

What's with all these trades for 769?
It appears there are more buys than sells but maybe some of the bigger buys are sells or the sp wouldn't have gone down.

I noticed that and not just a few of them, 8 or nine and still counting, some 300k as well, bodes well.

Grahamsme. Yes, exactly and the value has gone up a tad today! It is today's fair value, tomorrow may be different and someone may say, I will sell all mine. Or, someone may think it's worth bidding for the company at twice this amount. What will anyone part with their shares for? This company is a one off, is producing revenue and may produce a lot more, in my opinion it's a great one to hold onto buy others may disagree. So I don't really care at the moment as I am looking at that 30p that Malcy originally thought it would 10 bag to.

6p or thereabouts is fair value at present. Hopefully, Paradox will flow decent amounts and the sp will rise accordingly.
As for the market makers playing games - unless anyone has actually evidence of this price rigging and skulduggery, I would regard it as pure fiction. There are hundreds of shares where people blame mm activity for their lack of profits and I am personally fed up with these unfounded rumours. Big funds are like banks, they like to see results before throwing money at something.
The 21st may be interesting otherwise it's a bit more of a wait until the latter part of October.

Having an NMS makes sense if you think about it, protects everyone to an extent and when someone wants to offload a large amount the mm's have to know so they can drip feed if need be.

For anyone with Halifax, go to research, input company name, press 'Company information' and it will show a list which includes NMS (normal market size). Most online brokers should have this.

Yes, I think some may have missed the point here, 12p - 14p a share is like going on a journey and thinking you have arrived when you have only reached the first stopping point. That may be fine for some, and I have no problem with anyone cashing in on a profit, but the true worth lies in exploiting the entire acreage. Why leave a goldmine after finding a handful of nuggets or as Aristotle said, 'One swallow does not a summer make'.

I think it's obvious why some people may be a bit disappointed the sp is only up a tad.
Hopefully, the sp should rise over the next weeks and months.
