A memorandum of understanding isn't worth the paper it's written on ... it's not even binding. I've sent a letter to Simon asking him if I can join him in the running of ADL. Apparently, anyone can do it and CEO experience isn't necessary. I'm a director of my own Limited Company, so I'm closer to being a CEO than he's ever been as a Project Manager. He can draw up some nice charts and deadlines for me though (even though I'll never meet them).

My best mate is a Project Manager ... wouldn't qualify him to run and Oil & Gas company though. This is insanity. Absolute madness!

You only need to actually meet Simon and Dave to realise how useless they both are! Sadly, we only met them AFTER they decided to suspend the share.

Simon stated his role was a Project Manager, he is definitely not qualified to be a CEO..!! Projects Managers simply manage timescales and delivery schedules, they do not actually deliver or do the background work themselves. They are purely coordinators, who is doing the deals and the actual work here? My money says, he's managing the transfer of of funds from investors to the BoD's pockets LOLOL.

So what SImon is saying is that their current strategy didn't work ... despite all their "expertise". Dave Whitby and Paul Warwick stepped aside after delivering NOTHING. (Both HUGE red flags!) Based on current trend, Simon will also leave in time after delivering NOTHING?

To be honest, the RNS actually took the price downwards ... it was up on the podcast alone. Simon has the same magic touch as Dave Whitby, can take the SP downwards in a heartbeat ;-)
