... is like teabagging in a shark tank!
Agree doubleup, thanks for the response. My point being that ADL need to get things going, get shareholder confidence on the up and start delivering. I'm sure regulations will always prove to be obstacles, and hopefully they will get this stock over the line. Lots of people have been burned here, so building bridges and delivering on the funding and timescales promised needs to start happening soon. Even though this is a long term play now, how long can it be considering Dave Whitby must be pushing towards retirement in the not-so-distant future?
doubleup, I stand corrected, they have a single binding agreement in 18 months (happy to admit when I'm wrong). Don't you find it incomprehensible when, after 18 months they haven't generated a penny of income? I mean they have spent 6m, that's an unbelievable amount. It's an awfully long time to have delivered nothing? To compare, Empyrean Energy (EME) raised 1.6m this year ... bought 30% working interest in the Sacramento Basin. Drilling commenced about two months ago, drill is ongoing (awaiting results) but market cap is 90m. I mean, come on, 18 months and 6m ... this was supposed to be a world class board, and nothing?!?
As I suspected, you've got no answer. You know nothing more than anyone else blindly buying into this junk. The difference being that you don't stop to question why the SP never goes up. The MOU gets released, and the price is down again ... you should ask: "When will ADL ever sign a BINDING agreement? These non-binding ones just keep dropping the SP" Ever wondered why they never sign a legally binding agreement? Anyone? Because then they'd be obligated to actually deliver something, and be held to account..!!
I don't use twitter, I actually "hear" rumours from real people ... in the outside world. We call them "conversations", and it's where two or more people, get together and discuss. We use more than 140 characters as well... Patch, how will ADL succeed exactly? Where are your answers? Your private emails to Twitby, your endless positivity and your enthusiasm leads me to believe you work for ADL as some PR stooge. Every board has one, and my guess is that only someone that is paid to put a positive spin on ADL could explain 18 months of NOTHING, after 6m of investor money down the bog!! If DW actually emailed you, then it's insider dealing. However, if there's nothing price sensitive in there, then he told you naff all (much like the rest of us). In other words, you know nothing more than anyone else in here ... FACT
PlayaBlanca, Yes, there is the argument of a longer term play. So we could compare ADL with other companies, who have raised similar amounts - and compare their progress over the last 18 months? My biggest concern is why are ADL so intent to focus on Indonesia? I appreciate that they may have experience and contacts over there, but if things happen so slowly there, why not look to establish themselves elsewhere if they have such experience within their board? I mean, 6m raised (and I'm hearing rumours that they "may" need to dilute even more) so far and 18 months ... can the board honestly say that things couldn't have been done quicker, or cheaper? Other companies seem to get things done much cheaper, and quicker ... you can get a lot done in a short time if you have money.
... of signing MOU's and delivering nothing, after raising millions - is why the SP is exactly where it is. ADL raised 6m+ over the last 18 months, and is worth 2m ... with NO assets, means they spent it all on MOUs. If an MOU was worth anything, the SP would rise accordingly ... and it hasn't.
You did say to wait 18 months after the IPO to see real progress here... Well, we are indeed 18 months down the line now ...
vxrandall, I feel your pain but you can't really blame LSE share talk in my opinion as they're only asking questions that have been put to them by investors/posters. But BigGib/DocH and that lot certaingly have a lot to answer for.
Testing the current resistance again this morning it seems, once we break through this it could move up towards 0.28-0.30p. Production due this quarter, would be nice to seem the sentiment return to NMG this month
Commenced on 23rd June, just over two weeks ago. Would we expect an update soon? Hoping for the initial findings on the copper target, and a resource update in due course.
Todays placing of £163k, in addition to Aprils placing of £1.95m tells me that an acquisition is very close to being completed. My perception is that Falcon raised just enough (via private placing) to seal the deal on a new asset.
Great little stock in my portfolio this one, any ideas when we are expecting the JORC? This and Keras have literally saved my portfolio after the ADL disaster!
This board is now completely clogged up with posts from, or around vxrandall. Whether he wants this or not, there isn't much here of terms of NMG anymore guys. Please give up on pointless and petty arguments on here, if new investors want info then they won't find it on here anymore. Let him air his concerns, but let's keep this board relevant and informative shall we? Cheers
I've made two pretty big trades earlier today and none of them have shown up? Can see all the sells, but none of my buys have come through. What's going on, anyone know?
Progress looks good, still on target for production Q3 2016.
I can't make the investors meeting, but I'm hoping you would be kind enough to relay news, discussions and hopefully positive sentiment from what's discussed ;-) I see this as the biggest play on AIM when it comes out of suspension!
Spodge, I'm fairly sure that a name change will only materialize after the first asset has been acquired. So would be very unusual not to mention the asset in the same RNS. That being said, if the RNS is released with name change only, while the share is still suspended, then it won't make any different anyway. Cheers
It's been quite a relief being locked in here really, as it's one of the few times you don't have to dread watching your stock go down on a daily basis. I sold 5m LGO shares at 1.17p to buy in here, they are now 0.45p ... so I've technically made money by just not being completely tied in there. At this rate I could almost triple bag just while we are in suspension ;-) Every cloud ...
Wahlberg, I have run the numbers on what I perceive the share price/market cap to be on about 870 barrels and I have significantly different valuations to yourself. My figures, tend to fall around 3.63 - 3.82p
