Due Diligence23 Oct 2015 13:31
Just caught up on the posts on here, and it it's probably the only time I've seen a share suspension as a positive.
Had another listen to the podcast yesterday, and have been making my notes and doing some basic calculations and this stock looks ripe for a multi-bagger in the short and long term. There were a few things that really stood out for me while listening to that interview again from yesterday, namely:
1) The first potential asset has 80 wells, including 3 new wells @ 400bopd, in a virgin reservoir. The asset requires refining and technical expertise in pumping the well off, to maximise production (which isn't even close to being at it's full potential). 7 new drillable locations also identified on the virgin reservoir.
2) The second asset is a producing oil field, only 3 years old and run by a good operator. It also consists of 3 producing gas wells, but not tied-in. Currently no reservoir or sub-surface expertise to maximum the asset.
3) The third asset is by far the most exciting! Slamet has been working his due diligence on this field for 6 months, BEFORE he was even brought on board by DW. They're in advanced discussions with local government, and it's probably the most saught after asset in Sumatra/Indonesia today! The local governments have even sought out DW's team for their technical expertise and management, and he stated that they were purely in the right place at the right time! This would be the HOLY GRAIL of Oil & Gas in Indonesia (his words not mine) and they are already 12 weeks into their due diligence on this asset.
Plenty of news to look forward to in the short and long term like I said, but so far they've completed their due diligence on 4 assets, have offers on the table for 2 of them, and expecting another next week.
I've been running the numbers on oil outputs, and it all looks very exciting. We will require a placing to maximise further down the line no doubt, but are also looking at cash flow from day 1 of acquiring the first asset.
Exciting times, and to quote Dave Whitby "This is serious stuff, and quite overwhelming in fact!"
