That would do nicely. Did a YTS get the decimal point in the wrong place though?
Come on Scotgold!
Didn't the interview suggest that an update was supposed to be out last week?
Thanks but it doesn't look to me as if SGZ will be able to use red diesel after 1 April.
Is a lot of diesel, petrol and electricity used in the mine?? Is that the next fly in the ointment?
May 22 - yes, the current plan is to start Phase 2 and a new mine or no, that is not the current plan any longer. Is anyone clear on that specific?
Come on Scotgold!
RG spoke ages ago about May 22 seeing the start of Phase 2.
Is that a milestone we are still in danger of actually hitting or has it been pushed back? If it is still on track does that mean SGZ starts work on a second mine in May?
Not long to go now until the rocket ship quarters begin.
"What could possibly go wrong?" he quipped.
The website and Twitter are carrying news of a new VP of Operations.
One more calendar month and we're into the quarter where the rocket ship begins! What could possibly go wrong?
Just a thought - if the gold price had been hammered by international events I think the SGZ share price would have fallen. International events have conspired to increase the gold price significantly and.........zilch.
Does anyone have a calculator??

I don't think anyone thought any of the various other prospective mines were oven ready at the end of 2015 but after more than six years not releasing (or is not knowing?) which is next and when seems incomprehensible.
Roll on the start of the rocket ship phase in just a few weeks.
Come on, Scotgold!
Are we in some kind of Brigadoon-type time warp?
In December 2015(!) The Herald carried this story about the tantalising prospects outside Cononish.
https://www.heraldscotland.com/business_hq/14114148.scotgold-maps-gold-prospects-outside-national-park/
It's now 2022 and we still haven't been told which site is next. How can that possibly be so?
Sounds interesting.
Will it generate interest in the market?
Given it appears to be quite a detailed and thorough article I thought it strange he came the wrong(!) conclusion about our prospects.
For sure our chairman will know more than whoever the journalist is and given copy dates, proof reading times, sub-editing and the rest, the article was probably written long before the director buy was known about.
As the board here has been so quiet recently I didn't think the article would get any reaction at all - just a two minute read and forget it.
Roll on Tuesday morning.
TB- who is Jordon??
Not particularly positive about SGZ. Hey ho.
https://masterinvestor.co.uk/commodities/three-celtic-goldies/
Yes, very positive indeed: "like a rocket ship".
And a significant buy by a director is always a good sign.
Things are hotting up in time for the AGM.
Come on Scotgold!
A summary of the RNS along with a clear map in the article.

I'm confident we'll get an update on plans for future expansion any year now.
Here's the most recent interview again with Proactive dated 11th October.
In it, PD talks about 'a month or two' quite rightly acknowledging the Christmas period - but tomorrow is month three.
It's in this interview he refers to finally rewarding shareholders: we're down another 4.26% today at the time of writing.
Give us a break, Scotgold.

The figures/prospects sound good.
A meaningful update in January 2022 about something known about since at least 13 October 2019 would be quite something.
Is one side saying this: the reason for the cataclysmic share price is due to possibly illegal activities and those being investigated don't like it, while the other is saying that it is the company itself that is toxic?
It will be interesting if it is proved that what happened (still happening?) was not the company's fault.
If anyone could provide a summary I'm sure a few of us would appreciate it.
