They are not buying because they know this is not a viable business. Besides, why buy when you can scam a million quid a year in salary and bonus from the shareholders?
2 months to go.
There's that whiff again...
Another entry into BP's Big Book Of BS opened.
They've only got 2 more months anyway.
mcadder,
Let's hope so, given that the announcement of the "£55m contract" has had no impact on the share price, which continues to see the company priced for bankruptcy.
Children,
As you were, we're now back to 14p. Remember, this is the company that can't put out its accounts for the last financial period.
If news of a "£55m contract" can't move the dial, what will?
Plenty of time for those bonuses to kick in, though...
Bubble2021,
Last week you were desperate to get out!
Children,
We're at 15p...
Nobby,
They don't care. They will milk this for the next three months (another 7-figure sum should see them right), then the company will collapse, as the accounts are shown to be fantasy.
Simples.

roly12,
If the accounts aren't signed off by the auditors, it's game over in September anyway.
I imagine that JW is desperately seeking a Susan he can convince to approve Arun's BS numbers.
Bubble2021,
After more than 2 years of positive "imho" posts, it appears that, finally, you are starting to understand reality. I hope that your average is below 15p, otherwise I fear you are never getting out (my average is 66p!).
Wow, I can smell that one from here!
Another entry into BP's Big Book Of BS - "Covid-related audit issues".
Setanta1,
No derision from me. Yes, we got caught with our pants down and are now at the point that it simply isn't worth selling out. I really believed that Islandmagee had a future, but JW managed to screw that up as well - remember the fabled "milestones"? If, by some miracle, the SP gets a decent bump, I will get out, but I really can't see it.
Looking at my percentage loss on this share every time I open my trading account is a salutary reminder of the need to stick to a plan and not get sucked in by my own greed - my finger was on the "Sell" button at 2p (today 2 quid!), but gravity must have been turned off that day.
Someone has been cancelled on here.
At whose behest, I wonder?
"...wages of the local workforce have been paid on time...".
Interesting wording...
Director buys? Audited accounts? Concrete contract wins, written at profitable margin? RNLI debacle? Islandmagee?
I wonder if those piles are for a Russian project!
RichardMcV,
I am not sure they had a choice, given that the market had already sniffed out the BS. Not to worry, the revenue for the extended stay of Queen Victoria more than compensated.
Of course it did...
Still awaiting audited accounts...
Unusually, I agree with stokey12, that was a panic RNS.
It seems the market agrees.
What is it so hard to understand?
No organisation, be it public or private, will award a contract to a supplier that is so egregious in awarding massive bonuses to its directors.
I hadn't looked in the"Investors" section; seems an odd place to bury it!
Rough offers (potentially) multiple times the storage of even a maximised Islandmagee. It also helps, of course, that it can flow gas to mainland Great Britain...If it re-opens, then it's down to the Irish to offer any hope for IM.
Worryingly, the H&W website appears to have no reference whatsoever to the project - have they silently given up on it? It's the only reason I have held on here.
