RE: Shareholders misled or scammed?23 Jan 2022 10:54
@Panda1, that article was actually posted here on the bb when the share price was circa 4p. Don't think many took much notice of it because the sp was buoyant and, iirc, 1 month before drill was due. Unfortunately as we all know, negativity will be spouted by some entity or another when there's positive sentiment in a share/company.
I've already stated Canarvon, imv, are the biggest bunch of w*nk*rs for their support, or lack thereof, to ADV after the drill. The managing director for CVN, Mr. dipsh*t Cook, should never given an interview outside of an RNS and even if he did, (which he did), he should have said something along the lines of, "We're working with ADV, our partner and looking to make the best of this situation and how to move best forward for all shareholders concerned".
As the company who was the operator and provided the seismics reports and early due diligence, they should bear the larger responsibility, but it's clear from their remarks they don't give a flying f***.
I also think L.P should've come forward with the other 2 projects before drill results to better bolster the backbone of the company... leaving us and them to speculate how to move forward with those projects. His experience wasn't, imv, lacking in the industry but more lacking in experience of how to manage the company, primarily from a growth pov.
If we had known about the venture pipeline, we would already be talking about additional source of funding for them or it, rather than *****ing about the f**k up B10 has been. (so far anyway).
Those that keep damning the company or the situation are not helping those who are seriously down in their investment, it's akin to someone being on fire and people throwing petrol over them making the pain even worse. That's just plain disgusting.
We have no idea how ADV will move forward until they RNS it... and FORGET a CVN RNS, as they're purely looking out for themselves so I'm really not interested in what they will say now.
I'm not interested in people saying "How much a Dog of a company" this is not helpful, and imo spouted by those who no interest to see a better outcome for those who still hold shares. So basically, F*** off. Not asking anyone out there to invest anymore cash here. As I see it there is still value in as a shell albeit a longer term view, but that's the worst case scenario. Best case scenario is ADV can either get an operators licence and move forward with what they have from B10, assuming CVN relinquish their hold/share.. or maybe JV with a smaller firm with an OL to bring in funding to go ahead with B10 if viable enough.
If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem...so move the f*** on.
