The fact that Lord Drayson has agreed to take £1 wage/annum until the formal sale is complete or until the loan notes remain outstanding, says to me that the FSP is very close. Lord Drayson is a shrewd bloke and business man.

IMO The Formal Sale Process will be completed VERY soon, probably around 100-150 Million which is a jump in sp to around 60 to 90p.

I would expect Hedlund family to be buying shares at this low price to increase their 22.58% stake in the company. 73 mil shares after 24% not in public hands, but II's hold 32%. One or more must've automatically triggered a sell as the price plummeted.

Wow, nearly £120M wiped off the market cap this morning. Crazy..Wonder if BoD see's value and buys shares.. would inspire confidence, that they see value and direction.

Well let's hope there's a solution to that to also be announced, as it's under contract.

Profits rolling in will change sentiment, people start doing the maths and working out the growth when "real cash", is flowing into accounts.

Cash will always be king.

Good, looks as if he's listened and focused on formal sale process now.. all eyes are off him and on the company now, hence the investors moving back in.

Sorry mate, sounds a bit confusing, what I meant to say that stop losses that were say triggered, in let's say the £2 area will be only reported as they're filled by buyers in lows, as in the £1.20 area and after CoB. Then you have the traders to contend with as well.

So that 100K sell that shows up with no effect on the SP is because it's been worked out as people buy in the lows.

Well in some cases it does help you, but every case supports in own merits in that regard. It probably protected those in IGR this morning.

Small float, be hard to buy large amounts.. probably large orders in queue waiting to be filled at this price. more than a third from its fall of 70p.

Prob because it's sold into rise from stop losses, can you imagine the stop losses triggered as it fell.

The amount of stop losses triggered on that fall will be incredible, and I believe still not factored in as I look at the short term chart. This could fall a little further. This is how the drops hop over the fall.

I duno what's gona happen, but can see the frustration of everyone in posts, bewildering RNS, and now when it's sunk in after deciphering, the reality of it sucks. I had these since 7p, Vin was around then scooping up and he was giving the BoD a run for their money... watch it go to circa mid-20's, fall back down...bumble around 5-6p, bought more... thought "This'll be nice when it's all sorted out", and put it in bottom drawer!... Now it's gona go under the drawers.

Been a bad 2 weeks tbh.. waste of over a year now.. jeez.

Value here in asset, but there hasn't been a bid for the asset, just interest shown in the possible purchase at the 100M value.

Saying that, they will always start with a low ball offer. If they actually submit a bid, different story.

Can't see this being voted through tbh... They might be forced to come to another more viable solution.

@Elsteve, I understand that mate, but this didn't gap down.. in fact IIRC this went briefly blue on start as investors saw we hit oil. Others started selling realising this wasn't going to be commercial. Took all of 10 mins or less to get to about 1p.

Biggest mistake was not setting a stop loss here.. at least at 4p when the sp was at 5p, lesson learnt!

Coggy!! lol... tbf FRR faired better, ADV was 10 mins and whoosh! At least Zaza used cheap lubricant! ADV used none! LMOA

In hindsight, a stop loss at 4p would've been best advised, but got carried away. Live & learn bud!

Oh yes mate, i'm still around.. You are correct ADV took up my time last week and I derisked on Monday but still profit was mostly lost. What hurts the most is the time lost, 3-4 months... but it is what it is, some over there lost everything, that's a shuddering thought tbh...especially some lost £300k in 10 minutes. Some talking of suicide and pension pots blown.

Not good tbh, and what makes it worse was the scum being around rubbing it in to those that lost great sums.

Back to BEN, looking good.. and I believe another "Sunday Roast" Podcast to be released here today, if i'm not mistaken.. was hoping to stick half my ADV profits in here on Friday lol... Well that's not happening, but have dry powder and will see if I can bang out lowest point here today/tomorrow, as I can see us mid 40's soon.
